The employees are so busy playing around and talking in the cooking area that it was a while before someone finally came to the counter to take orders. I ordered a large mocha and it took 10 minutes for them to get it done. The drive thru and done in area wasn't busy. They were just joking around back there to much.

My husband always does the surveys on the receipt you get a promo. Today I went to McDonald's my first time using one of these receipt promos. I went inside ordered 1 quarter pounder w/ cheese and 1 big mac 2 small fries and a large strawberry shake. The receipt promo was buy one get one any sandwich equal or lesser value. The cashier needed help so a manager came over and stated she dealt with this yesterday and it was buy one get one 50% off. I said that's not what the promo states. I asked for another manager since I didn't believe she was a manager. The next person stated she didn't know anything about the promo and gave me one sandwich free. While waiting for my order the second person spoke to a person who was either the owner or district manager he stated the promo was buy 1 sandwich get the same sandwich for free. That you can't order like I did a quarter pounder and a big mac. I will never go back to that McDonald's ever again. Educate your managers and district managers and employees about your promos especially with the prices being so high to eat at McDonald's. Even with the 1 sandwich for free my total was 20.12.

Everything you could expect, made fast, made correctly, nicely separated into bags. Fries containers were full at this one and the burgers were out together nicely. I recommend.

The lady at the drive-through got mad because she doesn’t understand the menu & value meals of McDonald’s…….SO, they spit in my breakfast biscuit, egg, and bacon sandwich this morning …… this place is dangerous with criminals working there. The customer service is unsatisfactory.
Came at 12am to this location on 12/9/2023 (incase manager see this) mind you this location closes at 1am. Seen workers having intercourse! Once they seen me at the window some lady came up to the window and said it was closed! I had my 7 year daughter with me! Not acceptable!

Would not recommend curbside pickup unless you’re willing to wait over 25 minutes. I waited that 25 minutes then I went through the drive-through bc my order seemed to be forgotten. I told them and they said they was waiting on one sandwich then the manager came a little after accusing that I didn’t order that sandwich and wanted to look at the receipt. I showed them and then after I received the food she was very rude and told me to not go through the drive through if I had curbside. Total it took about 35 to 40 min on a none rush out to get food. I would have went inside but I had a screaming bby with me.

Drive thru window needs training. IF your employees don't know how to take orders with less ratcheted don't put them at the window. It's not customers it's their approach to when they greet guests at the drive up. Greet in nice manner not sound like ghettoness at the speaker eith gum in the

Beware!!!! Buy at your own risk. DISCRIMINATES!!! DIACRIMINATES!!! Cashiers at this location discriminateS against elderly and minorities who are hard workin and support these industries. There are some Cashiers who work at this location that use high volume traffic as an excuse to act vindictive, hateful, and discriminatve towards elderly and minorities. If you can't handle the stress quit or get your manager involved that's what mangers are paid for to make the experience positive for both parties. I know there will be no changes or better solutions as the managers or the owners don't care but if your revenue is not successfully growing then there is a rotten emploeea that needs to be fired or let go. Please hire employees with integrity and common senses... stop hiring folks with no cognitive thinking....logic thinking is a must....brink back 4.25 min wage the quality is disappointing for this location. So sad and depressing.sorry folks all the locations in stockton are of this caliber
