I went throw the drive thru for a 1 breakfast. I got up the window this about 8:30 am. I know were going throw COVID-19 So there only using drive thru why is there fries, hamburgers and drink on ground. Like walk around the restaurant that was gross. I don't like finish my food.

I come here often using drive thru only. Associates are always fast and friendly and the orders are always usually fast and fresh. It was no different this time. Although we had to pull into a parking spot to wait for the remainder of our order... Which were fries. They were brought out hit n fresh... Love it!

My mother and I work for door dash together as a team and upon receiving an order, we went over to the restaurant. Once we got there we were told by staff that they did not receive any order, the staff team was gossiping and treating it like some social hour at a bar instead of helping us. We waited a while for a manger who continue to give us a hard time. Bad customer server and not in the least bit helpful even if you work for a company like door dash. I would not recommend this place.

These mfs.... i waited in line for 20 minutes just for an egg sausage McMuffin and they STILL got my order wrong!! Don't go here / OH and they were out of hash browns!! So i didn't get anything I wanted.
I've been going to this McDonald's for a few years now. It's been hit or miss, sometimes I get the right order, sometimes not. But today was the last straw for me. I ordered a chicken nuggets meal and a couple cheeseburgers. While the employee was nice, for some reason the sound quality coming out of the drive thru speaker was incoherent at best. I couldn't tell if the employee was asking me for sauce or size. Speaking of size, they had no small. They had no Hi-C and I couldn't understand what other drink they were suggesting. So I adapted my usual order. When I got the bag, there was an unusually thick layer of grease all over the bottom of the bag that got all over my clothes and car seats. I was fairly frustrated at this point, but when I got home I found they did not give me my medium fries (no fries in the bag at all) and they did not give napkins. It's the little things that get to me, and this is the last time that they will. Goodbye McDonald's.

On 3/21/2020, I ordered breakfast and my order was incomplete. I spoke to a manager and she asked if I can comeback in. It was already too late, so the manager said just to mention the "mix up" next time you come through. Fast forward to 5/10/2020 at 9:30Am I spoke to an employee bringing food out to a customer, and he said he would check with the manager. He never came back out. I then went to the drive thru, and I ordered my food, and spoke to the manager about the incident on 3/21/2020 and she stated she couldnt do anything without a receipt. To prove a point, I drove all the way home located the receipt and drove back to the restaurant. Mind you, it was now almost 1045. I went thru the drive thru, and I asked for the manager. Instead of her speaking to me, she sent out another employee. It would have been professional if she would have came out and acknowledge that I came back through. Honestly, if she would have came to the window and spoken to me I probably would not be here voicing my opinion on how upset I was.

EVERY time I come here like twice a month since it opened I'm asked to pull around to the front and wait for them to finish my order. My family doesnt eat much, maybe it's two sandwiches and nuggets, it shouldn't take that long. Usually whoever is in front and behind me is also asked to park. Something needs to change at this location. Also the fries are very rarely fresh here.
