So I went to this McDonalds to grab a quick dinner at 7:00 PM in a Sunday night and I got nothing. Why?!? No service. It wasn't that busy - there were about 4 cars in the drive through and a few people at the counter waiting for their food or place an order. I waited for ten minutes and no employee came to the counter to take my order. So I walked out. It wasn't like they were over run with people. This is way I always go to In-n-Out for a quick burger . In-n-Out is always busy at meal time but still they'll get your order within a minute or two inside the store and you'll get your food freshly cooked in less than ten. McDonalds - you need to take care of your costumers - or you'll loose them.

I have been waiting for nearly thirty minutes for a breakfast meal. I was told to wait in the parking lot for my order and the drive thru worker came out four times to check my order number , and three out of four times he walks out with the wrong order. I can confirm that this McDonald's does not have the capacity to hand out orders smoothly when there is more than 20 people in line, sure they may be able to handle 2 orders at a time but anywhere over 2 then McDonald's can't handle it. I've also noticed that the drive thru line on this particular Saturday is extended into the street, and the drive thru waiting spaces are overflowing. Did I mention that I've been waiting in the parking space for over thirty minutes waiting for my order? Not only that, on many different occasions when I come to visit McDonald's, the workers always forget my ketchup, or straws. There was this one time when I came to order and I order three quarter pounder meals (the meals come with drinks). I said I'd order a Diet Coke, a Fanta, and a HiC for each meal. Then, the drive thru worker gives me ONE QUARTER POUNDER and three drinks, and the cashier charged me for one burger and three drinks. I clearly ordered three burger meals. I had to go through the drive thru a second time just to get the order correct and fix things with the cashier. Not only that, when I thought the order was correct, I checked and they were missing a fry and I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU A THIRD TIME. I totally do not recommend going to this McDonald's, there are plenty of other fast food joints in Trinity Parkway other than McD.

Terrible! Got 2 mcchickens and the wrappers said mcchickens but I open the wrappers and I got CHEESEBURGERS! The deception!!!!! I was so angry I didn't go back cause I knew I would cause a scene. Terrible all around. Plus the fries are never hot nor salted at all even when I ask for extra salt. Also tan by musty teens

They are slow as hell I bought a large fries and it wasn't even full ask the lady for buffalo sauce and she look like she was mad horrible service

Honey Ming is not doing too well in the management department. Poor front lobby worker had to do all the foot work. The manager was in the back doing... I'm not sure but asking the drive through customers to park curb side to wait almost twenty minutes to get their order. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for my meal. At least five customers got their order before I did but I ordered before them. I'm very displeased. and not even an apology or an acknowledgement from the manager that she was unorganized to say the least.

We asked for ketchup 3 times, when the young female server came out to deliver our drive through meal, we asked, "Is there ketchup in there (pointed to the bag), the McDonald's employee says, "there should be some in there", we looked in the bag, NO KETCHUP, McDonald's Trinity Parkway sucks. Thank You.

place is disgusting every time i go, not to mention they're always rude and don't even acknowledge me when i walk in i get their teenagers and don't wanna work but don't take it out on me some rude guy took my order and was very rude he was tall very skinny, when i got my food i noticed something in my burger it was a hair so i went back up to the counter and asked him if i can replace it he just said with a straight face "That happens a lot" and walked away i immediately left so please please don't go here!!

Drive thru said their credit card machine wasn't working (not an issue since I always carry cash) and they were out of Coke(this was a small issue because I really like their Coke but I settled for a Sprite). I ordered a #1 and a 20 piece chicken nugget. I got my order and checked my bag (at least I thought I did) and got home and discovered no nuggets- just BBQ sauce for the nuggets. And a burger that I didn't order. I drive back to the drive thru and waited behind 4 cars. I told the person taking orders my situation and was told just go to the second window. I go to the second window, explained my situation and give them my receipt. They come back stating they cannot find my order(not sure how this is even possible when there's an order # on the receipt) and that I would have to go inside so they can fix my order. By this time my food was cold so I ask them to remake my entire order. I go inside and explained everything for the second time. They gave me a fresh order but still no nuggets!!!! And the hamburger that I never ordered in the first place was still in the bag! At this point I was very upset and my food was getting cold AGAIN!!!! I was finally given my nuggets. I went home and ate my semi warm meal. And my Sprite tasted like crap.

I'll say they have one positive trait, they're reasonably consistent. What's bad is the food and the wait times. The wait for a coffee can run over 20 minutes, I like to get a caramel coffee, but no more, it's bitter, seldom taste the caramel, the last time was really the last time, so bad I brought it back in and left it on the counter, I wonder if they got the clue. I've purchased the filet of fish and the bun isn't steamed, and fries are usually old. Even though this is the closest McDonalds to Spanos West, I'll either go to Flag City or Hammer, but never again to this store.

Waited 1/2 hour in line to order and get food at 10 pm. Way understaffed. I felt bad for the staff since they were overwhelmed. Food was cold. Sprite was just carbonated water with no flavor.

Mind you the had no customers! Horrible service the employees was chit chatting with the guy who was mopping ! Then became upset when I asked for ketchup mu burger was cold and the cheese was not melted the meat looked old ! Lazy people refusing to work ! What happened to customer service quality!

Ordered thru the mobile app and drive thru was the only open option. When i got there , i Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one was taking order through the speaker on both lanes. I pulled out of the drive thru and noticed someone who got their order on curbside. This mcdonalds location is a joke

they have one job . every time I order no onion or pickles and they always put them on ! one time i came back ridiculously they put onion and no pickle yall need a better cook!!

Worst food ever. Gave me cold food after I had to wait for them to make 4 sundaes for the car in front of me in stead of them having her pull around to the front. When I got up to the window my order was there. I should've known it was cold. By the time I got home it was crap. I live 4 minutes away from the damn store.

Ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and big breakfast with hotcake. Worker at window give me 4 sandwiches only and forgot my hot cake. Always check your order people. The muffin was so hard on all 4 sandwich. It look and feel like it was there for a very long time. Even the wrapper was mess up. Very disappointed. I can't believe I'm paying plenty of money for this old hard muffin. Will take my money somewhere else. McDonald is a big disappointment due to their workers using old food. Go to this McDonald if you want to pay for old food. Will not go here again. Manager probably didn't care as well.
