Brehh I did delivery for THREE SMALL things. A order fries, 10 pc chicken nuggets and a large Iced Mocha coffee that I payed EXTRA for BUT in the end I didn’t even get the drink. Instead they gave me a small sized cup with what Coke? What a joke

This McDonald's sucks. They have horrible service here I ordered three meal deals through drive through when I got home after 20 minutes I realized they stole a burger from me. That has never ever happened to me at a McDonald's place. I ordered them plain and I got them with everything inside and a burger was missing. Don't buy from here this place sucks!! If I could put 0 stars I would.

This place didn't give me napkins we asked him at the window and didn't even give me one napkin, the fries were cold... I think they need to have consideration for others and take their time to give customers will what they want..

I hate this one ! I swear !! I hate this store specially cause they hire people with mental disabilities! They never not even for a mistake do a order right !!
I pulled up to the drive thru made my order correctly and asked for a #5 meal .. after i payed they gave me only the nuggets and a drink. So i said im missing the fries a brown skin guy with glasses came out and said i can’t give u fries you didn’t pay for it. I said i ask for the meal it not my fault that your guys machines don't work or ur employees that charge don't pay attention when they put the order. I ask to speak to manager he said he was the manager but no badge on him that said manager. I said how can i get some fries he said go to end of the line.. Really rude guy I've lived here in Stockton for 13 years and been a customer with this Mcdonlds and it the first time a have an issue like this. You guys should pick your employees better and let them know to have good manners when they’re talking to customers. We pay for our food and services. Very disappointed. Not going back there that for sure👎🏻

Go in because drive thru line was extremely long. Placed a pretty easy order 3 meals extremely straight forward they had too much stuff and still messed up on my orders and forgot half my items after waiting 25 mins!!!!. Unbelievable!!!!! I don’t understand

I don't know what it is with this place but this is the fifth time since last week. They open late last week. They didn't open on time 3 days and this week they weren't open on time on Monday and they weren't open on time today. And it's the same voice all five times over the intercom saying that they're not open yet because they started late. The owners here should really reconsider the kind of management they have here. I'll be heading to the Pacific avenue location from now on. This place can't open on time. I'd hate to see what the food tastes like when they're rushing to cook it. This place used to be really good, but lately it's gone downhill

Used mobile app but I didn't get the correct sauces and instead of a coke we got a diet coke, nothing worse when you don't drink diet. The person who gave us our food did not greet us and never said 1 word to us while we were at the window. Even after we thanked her.
