I called the number on the receipt AND took the survey, letting them know both ways the problem. Crickets. 20 mi. For a happy meal with a carbonated water and 0 customer service? No thank you.

I know I speak for many when I say I HATE the kiosk to order food. I always avoid it whenever possible. Today, I tried it again. After finally getting my order straight, I tried to figure out how to pay for the order. It gives you plenty of options to change or upgrade order. But no simple ready to check out option! By the time I somehow got to the checkout fumbling through the customization route, my order got canceled. Stupidly, I tried another kiosk. Halfway through the process, I gave up and drove across the street to a competitor and got lunch in my 30 minute time allotment!

NEVER coming back, EVER. First of all they did not have minecraft happy meals when that was the main reason I came here! Then, I ordered chicken nuggets, but gave me 9 chicken nuggets instead of 10. Absolutely horrible, I dont understand how someone could do such a ruthless act! It left me STARVING.
Always messes the order up. Constantly Missing utensils, straws, napkins.. ordered a 6p chicken nugget and only got 4....

Brehh I did delivery for THREE SMALL things. A order fries, 10 pc chicken nuggets and a large Iced Mocha coffee that I payed EXTRA for BUT in the end I didn’t even get the drink. Instead they gave me a small sized cup with what Coke? What a joke

This McDonald's sucks. They have horrible service here I ordered three meal deals through drive through when I got home after 20 minutes I realized they stole a burger from me. That has never ever happened to me at a McDonald's place. I ordered them plain and I got them with everything inside and a burger was missing. Don't buy from here this place sucks!! If I could put 0 stars I would.
