When to the drive through and they forgot to add French fries I was looking at the screen to see if they got my order right and they only showed me for 5 seconds they expected me to look through my order that fast ones I got my things they put to meny napkins on the top for me not to see what I had and i was mising 2 apple pies. they also gave me 2 slushy and I did not order 2 of them I ordered one slushy and to oreo Mc flurry so I told the guy and he said sorry like he was the one annoyed with me trying to get my order correct worst service I have gotten in a McDonald's drive through

I'm not someone who complains or anything but if it happens twice or thrice its kind of disappointing honestly. I bought a soda yesterday for my mom, the coca cola was horrible as if it was watered down or its been sitting there for days. Today, I bought a hot tea for my mom, hoping it'll be good, but no. I drank it and it tastes like sink water or water thats been picked by a stream of river, now my throat is starting to hurt. What's happening? Spent my 2 hours pay without knowing I would get a bad drink.

I order a happy meal and a 6$ burger deal with extra fries came up to 22$ and a frappe top with a icecream cone they forgot all my fries plus my burger was cold I don’t know why only this location be doing this to me

Visited on 7/30 for a happy meal for my daughter. When we got home she drank her sprite and said it tasted funny. It tasted like carbonated water and had a slight orange tinge. I called the number on the receipt AND took the survey, letting them know both ways the problem. Crickets.

I know I speak for many when I say I HATE the kiosk to order food. I always avoid it whenever possible. Today, I tried it again. After finally getting my order straight, I tried to figure out how to pay for the order. It gives you plenty of options to change or upgrade order. But no simple ready to check out option! By the time I somehow got to the checkout fumbling through the customization route, my order got canceled. Stupidly, I tried another kiosk. Halfway through the process, I gave up and drove across the street to a competitor and got lunch in my 30 minute time allotment!
