I ordered Uber Eats delivery and they forgot to include my 2 Mcflurries. All that they did was told me to come back in or call Uber to have it refunded. There was no empathy towards the inconvenience at all.

horrible, no common sense from the workers. i had to wait 5 minutes for the food to cook in the drive thru stall. i received the food in one bag, and drove home. then i open the bag theres is no straws or napkins. the diet soda wasnt even filled up all the way. if you guys were to put the sprite and the diet soda iuse common sense. i have drinks, where my straws at? and there's also not enough ketchup for my family.

Quarter pounder was too salty could not eat it ,took it back and they replaced it .The second one was salty could not eat it. Customer service was good but hamburger could not be eaten.

The most unorganized McDonald's I've ever been to. Most unorganized of all fast food chains. First you have to stand there for 10 mins before employees will even recognize that your there but then they will just walk on by you without saying anything. Then the wait time for your FAST FOOD is ridiculous. They tell you 5 min but beware you'll be waiting double- 3x longer than what they say. At least that happens to me all the time or I should say Everytime I've been there , which is quite frequent being that I deliver food.
I don't not recommend the location. I mobile ordered two items and was sent to wait at stall two for over 10 minutes. Gina the manager is quite rude and gave off a "it's your fault" when she pushed me to the side and said "your order wasn't even placed yet..." I def placed it in the app and paid, if it wasn't communicated between your employees that is not a me problem. I ended up going through the drive thru to get my order so I've been waiting for about 30 minutes in total.

39 years old. I've been to hundreds of McDonald's my whole life, in multiple states as well. Yet this McDonald's takes the cake as thee absolute worst service I've ever received. Ordered a couple burgers only an waited just shy of 30 mins to get it. I wasn't the only one, numerous door dash employees were frustrated waiting for there orders as well. Do not order inside! Drive thru only, GOOD LUCK ?

Waited for food in the park up front stalls, food never came-- went inside to ask and they didn't even make it yet. I finally get the food . Go home to eat and the burgers had so much salt that I couldn't eat the meal. Too Bad

Ordered quarter pounder deluxe meal and asked for no cheese. Took 3 times to see order come up right on the screen. I asked to add an apple pie. Order was correct on order;however, who put meal together didn't do it correctly. Got the hamburger deluxe but with cheese and got a holiday pie instead of the apple. So couple mistakes. Didn't realize until I got home to eat.
