I picked this restaurant because it had the highest rating so I’m thinking I’m gonna get a good experience. I ordered a snack wrap meal. I guess that might’ve been why it took so long, but let’s just say the sun was out when I pulled up but by the time I left, it was nighttime so a good 30 minutes and after it was all said and done I finally got my food. I asked the lady are my sauces in the bag cause I ordered extra barbecue sauces and was charged for it and she said yeah, but when I checked, they were not in there so I go inside the restaurant asking for my sauces and they basically called me a liar saying that the manager packed my bags herself and that the sauces are in the bag and my response was I have no reason to lie over some barbecue sauces so the manager instructed the worker to go ahead and give me my sauces as if I was irritating her by asking for something that I’ve paid for. Not cool do better please

For a McDonald’s this restaurant is above average and the food is of a high quality or maybe I was just very hungry. Either way I was impressed with everything except the beverage fountain behind their counter - no self service and that’s just the way it has become in general at most places these days. The sausage McMuffin with egg was exceptional. Not much else to say about this location. Do worry about whether the food is good or not - you will be satisfied and even the coffee for those who indulge was exceptional. The large/extra large was around $2 - breakfast sandwiches 2 for $6 not too pricey. Give a try.

Putting all controversies aside, McDonald's still sucks. Their food is heavily overpriced to the point of taking the piss, their drinks often don't have ice, the service is rarely any good and the place lost its charm years ago. I started noticing the decline when they discontinued their 99p Sundaes (they were so good). I still haven't forgiven them for having the balls to serve me cold chicken either

Came in pretty late at night asking for two McFlurry’s and Ruby was very kind and caring when explaining that the machine wasn’t working and offering us substitutes. She made sure that we left satisfied and even gave us free cookies for the trouble and wait!

It's MacDonalds. But there is a new item: REAL chicken fingers that are pretty good. Well seasoned, lightly breaded, juicy and hot. Perhaps comparable, but different, to Chick-filet. Aside from that, it's always suspect when Happy Meal toys like Minecraft run out in a few days while a hopeful child wants to collect them all or still hasn't gotten the one they want, yet suddenly they're all over Ebay. I still remember the Monopoly game debacle that ended up in the courts. And then there was the Always-Broke milkshake machine because staff was too lazy to clean it. Often no one wants to work the front counter but the automated Kiosk can't answer all special requests and staff looks annoyed.
When ordering at the kiosk, it's there's always a problem to where you need help all the time or don't work. Workers are hiding and don't want to help Just get rid of them and go back to doing just using the registers. Or keep both and just have the kiosk as an option like before.

I ordered from Mc Donald’s in Garlate ( ITALY) with delivery 4 mc menu and the food arrived FROZEN since it had been delivered by a rider on a BIKE to do 4 KILOMETERS UPHILL IN THE EVENING WHILE IT’S RAINING.
I threw everything in the bin since the food was inedible, cold and old.
I placed an order for €40 and threw everything away.
You are disorganized and such service is shameful.
Thank you for the terrible experience. Surely none of us will order from you again.

Can we have new employees do a literacy test to see how good they can read I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and received 2 McChickens they gave 20$ an hour to the wrong people I hope it wasn't someone over 30 if so damn I'm sorry...
