Walk in dine was pretty quick versus waiting in the drive thru. I usually never use the dine but this time around the drive thru line was long due to the holiday grinch meal promotion.

Good ice coffee better
than other locations. It was actually chilled in poured over ice instead of just pouring hot coffee over ice which leaves it watered down

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.. STOCKTON HAS SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT SURE THERE TAUGHT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY.... IM GONNA BOYCOT THIS MCDONALD'S ON PACIFIC AVE/ MARCH LANE AND THE ONE ON LOWER SAC/HAMMER LANE. I also give them no stars at all..

My husband went in to ask for ketchup because the lady at the window didn't give us any even when we asked for some and the MANAGER was pointing aggressively towards the machine as if telling him to order over there he told her he just needs ketchup and she proceeded to grab a handful and throw it on the counter rudest person ever hope she gets fired with that attitude

I picked this restaurant because it had the highest rating so I’m thinking I’m gonna get a good experience. I ordered a snack wrap meal. I guess that might’ve been why it took so long, but let’s just say the sun was out when I pulled up but by the time I left, it was nighttime so a good 30 minutes and after it was all said and done I finally got my food. I asked the lady are my sauces in the bag cause I ordered extra barbecue sauces and was charged for it and she said yeah, but when I checked, they were not in there so I go inside the restaurant asking for my sauces and they basically called me a liar saying that the manager packed my bags herself and that the sauces are in the bag and my response was I have no reason to lie over some barbecue sauces so the manager instructed the worker to go ahead and give me my sauces as if I was irritating her by asking for something that I’ve paid for. Not cool do better please

For a McDonald’s this restaurant is above average and the food is of a high quality or maybe I was just very hungry. Either way I was impressed with everything except the beverage fountain behind their counter - no self service and that’s just the way it has become in general at most places these days. The sausage McMuffin with egg was exceptional. Not much else to say about this location. Do worry about whether the food is good or not - you will be satisfied and even the coffee for those who indulge was exceptional. The large/extra large was around $2 - breakfast sandwiches 2 for $6 not too pricey. Give a try.
