About what youd expect from any average Mc Donald's, they didnt even mess the order up

$7.18 for this (by itself no drink or fries is absurd) My hands are the same size as my daughter’s who is 15. Also the guy with the hairnet over his beard seems miserable doing drive thru.

Every bad order I gotten has been Sri. This McDonald’s no other McDonald’s wtfff

They seem to forget something every time. This time it was the sauces which nowadays cost extra so I would expect it to not be left out. By the time I swung back and got my sauce my food was cold and disappointing. One thing they do well at least is customizations on the orders which helps since I order for someone with an onion allergy.

This place is the worse location. I got a quarter-pounder burger and they forgot my bottom bun. Thats ridiculous. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them with a Frappe. Big mistake. They barely blended it and chunks of ice kept getting stuck in my straw. I will NOT be coming to this location again. Re-train your staff on effectiveness.

Trash service and employees. I did a mobile order for my wife to pick up for me. They denied her picking it up and that I needed to be there. I screen shot my order and receipt to her to show them, they still denied. I had to cancel my mobile order. Waste of time and refund would take up to 7 days. Trash.

Miguel the manager there has the worst customer service. If you go there please make sure you read what you ordered before leaving the menu because if you don't and they missed ringing up something you will have to go all the way back through the drive-thru and order again. I didn't know McDonald change their customer service policies. And if you ask for a corporate number Miguel will just simply tell you go online. I will never go to this McDonald's again.
