Wanted to have a nice breakfast with children. But the McDonald's by hammer lane was busy and wants me to use the kiosk for better/fast service, didn't want to do that and we when to the one in March lane which it was nice fast service we were able to speak with an associate who was very helpful respectful and kind. NO ALL CUSTOMERS CAN/WANT TO USE ELECTRICAL DEVICES TO A FAST FOOD. Not only because we don't know how to use them is also because we may have learning difficulties. Please be more flexible with that. Not happy with McDonald's at Hammer lane. Needs more better customer service.

I ordered food on the one on Charter Way and I guess they didn’t hear right I was missing in my order my son’s 2 sausage burritos… Couldn’t stop since I was on hurry … Stop at this location and ordered his two sausage burritos and went through drive thru he put order in through app… We got the wrong order and other customer had ordered just a biscuit sandwich went in to let them know and this lady (who order biscuit sandwich ) was already there screaming her lungs off when I approached cashier she said I needed the receipt had to go back to car when went inside more chaos other lady threw my sons burritos across and I did tell the girl I hope I don’t t get same ones…I think they just switched and put them in another bag with no napkins no sauces…. Chaos chaos and won’t be coming back since it’s second incident at this location….

Service was decent, fairly clean and bathrooms were very clean bc they have to buzz you in and it's for paying customers only.
I went throb the drive-thru for an after-school snack with my kiddos and tried to play with a gift card. It was a bit bent and would not work on the card reader, so it was rejected by the cashier and a manager. Checking the McDonald's website shows there is a balance of $25 in it, but the manager said it's worthless because it does not scan. I was then told I could try downloading the mcds app to see if it works there. The app in the past loaded my phone with spyware, so that is not an option. I had to pull out credit to pay when the whole purpose of the trip was to use the gift card and when I got my order (ice cream cones) at the next window, they were so melted that they had to be dropped into cups. I'm out money, gift card, and still have 2 upset kids that got a melted mess.
Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 small fry on McDonald's app. According to the app food would be ready in 2-5 minutes. Walked into a dining room full of people waiting to get there food, 10+ persons waiting. People were walking in shocked to see how many people were waiting in front of them. My order went in at 10:42am and my food was ready at 11:00am, not at all as promised per app, not good McDonald's. Upon immediately leaving after grabbing food I left as I was late returning to work. Looking at the drive thru, I was SO thankful to have gone inside because the drive thru was a absolute parking lot with both lanes going back way before speaker and just in regular parking lot. I will not be returning to this McDonald's, and I doubt that anyone else that was there at this time will either. On the plus side the food was piping hot, the order was correct as as ordered on app, napkins were included, however I was not offered ketchup. I do not understand why the Double Chesseburger went from $1.99 to $4.39 either. The $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu offers- McChicken $3.49, Small French Fries $3.49, 4 Piece Chicken McNuggets $3.59, and McDouble is $3.49, why is it advertised as $1 and $2?
Kid-friendliness: No type of play area for kids. The only thing available for kids is a happy meal.

I noticed that when I get anything that comes on a biscuit it doesn't seem fresh but at the McDonald's in Stockton there fresh but my husband said it'd probably because the ones in Stockton are busier so they don't sit as long

They keep it pretty clean here. I come here for breakfast. It’s pretty good for a McDonald’s. I like it because nobody bothers you when you’re eating .
