Charged me for the wrong persons order. Had us wait. Over 30 minutes later still got the wrong order! Go back after returning the wrong items and gave the wrong order AGAIN!! An hour later finally got the items right with missing sauce

Wanted to have a nice breakfast with children. But the McDonald's by hammer lane was busy and wants me to use the kiosk for better/fast service, didn't want to do that and we when to the one in March lane which it was nice fast service we were able to speak with an associate who was very helpful respectful and kind. NO ALL CUSTOMERS CAN/WANT TO USE ELECTRICAL DEVICES TO A FAST FOOD. Not only because we don't know how to use them is also because we may have learning difficulties. Please be more flexible with that.
Not happy with McDonald's at Hammer lane. Needs more better customer service.

I ordered food on the one on Charter Way and I guess they didn’t hear right I was missing in my order my son’s 2 sausage burritos…
Couldn’t stop since I was on hurry …
Stop at this location and ordered his two sausage burritos and went through drive thru he put order in through app…
We got the wrong order and other customer had ordered just a biscuit sandwich went in to let them know and this lady (who order biscuit sandwich ) was already there screaming her lungs off when I approached cashier she said I needed the receipt had to go back to car when went inside more chaos other lady threw my sons burritos across and I did tell the girl I hope I don’t t get same ones…I think they just switched and put them in another bag with no napkins no sauces….
Chaos chaos and won’t be coming back since it’s second incident at this location….
