Went with a group of 5 for my husband’s birthday. Automatic 20% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. Ok, fine, I’ll even tip beyond the automatic gratuity if the service is great. For $50/plate average I expected a certain level of service. We felt that the service was mediocre at best. The food was OK, nothing special. The best interaction we had was the young man who boxed our leftovers for us. It was as if they already knew they were getting the 20%, so why bother?...read full review
please coach your bar staff to at least say hello to patrons when arriving at the bar. even if they are busy, they need to acknowledge patrons and let them know they will be right with them.
