What happened here? Place never opened. Shop was all set up to open, everyone in the neighborhood was excited but it never happened. Not sure if it was a permit issue or if someone just ran out of money but to the best of my knowledge it never opened.

Below average pizza. Prices are high for quality. 209 pizza was better wish they were there. Service sub par. This place may be in Lathrop and Manteca. Don't see it doing well in Stockton.

Excellent pizza. Fresh out the oven, toppings stay on and the crust has a nice crunch.

Looked to put in an order today (Saturday) and everything listed the business as open. When approaching the door, all lights were off and no one was available. Not open during posted hours and no sign stating otherwise.

Great crust...fresh dough, fresh toppings...one of my fav pizza joints. Way better than nasty dominos or that expensive Roundtable. I haven't been in person, always delivery.

Now normally I would never leave a review on another persons/peoples review but that's what I'm here for today no I have not tried the pizza or any of the other items on the menu and I have only walked into this business once to pick up and order for DoorDash. From what I can see the restaurant is very clean it was mid afternoon when I picked up the order so I'm sure there had already been some foot traffic the counters were clean the walls were clean the seating area was clean and it smelled nice in the restaurant. The female employee behind the counter who was extremely helpful seemed like she was by herself but was doing a very good job and was super friendly and helpful. When I picked up the pizza it smelled amazing but that's all I can really say since I have no idea what it looked like. Now there have been some comments about the dough being gooey here's the deal I have worked in the pizza industry for over 20 years I have managed multi million dollar companies and I've been part of some of the biggest franchises there are when it comes to undercooked dough 90% of the time there is too much cheese on the pizza or there are too many toppings on the pizza which have a tendency to gather in the middle of the pizza as it has cooked and another thing that can happen is the pizzas being pulled out of the oven too quick or the pizza oven is not running at the right temperature so all those things can be adjusted easily most of it has to do with portion sizing and just making sure the pizza stays in the oven and cooks for the proper amount of time also if the employee who cuts the pizza pays attention they would be able to see that the pizza was not cooked all the way through and at that point you would just throw away the original pizza make the right corrections and cook a new one. When you work in a pizza environment these are all common things that happen in the process of making pizza, that will always be one of the biggest complaints is the pizza is not cooked all the way through I have personally made that complaint myself at several different restaurants no you really cannot re-cook the pizza after it's been cut and served because it never comes out right so it pretty much has to be cooked right the first time. From what it sounds like of what customers have said I do believe that this is a newer establishment and overtime the employees management and owners will get everything fine tuned and the pizzas will come out perfect. I myself eat pizza just about every single day and so at some point in time I definitely feel like I'm going to give this place a try because up until yesterday I did not even know this business existed in Stockton California. There are a few things that I would suggest to the owners and that is to make your menu smaller you definitely have too many things on your menu to call yourselves 209 pizza because then you should just be a pizza spot if you want to save money and make money you were definitely want to reevaluate your menu choices because I believe that you would do better if you just cut down to the pizza and french fries I don't know why but some people like french fries at a pizza place but they are not that expensive so it's OK to keep them on the menu as far as having sandwiches hamburgers gyros and things of that nature that's doing too much but again this is not my restaurant this is just my opinion and I like to help people where and when I can I hope this helps everyone when they think about dining at this restaurant and I hope to post another review once I have taste of the food. Good luck.
