Not very pleased with the service here. However, it would seem that I'm not alone in this. How is this establishment still in operation? I stopped by this restaurant to simply get something small to eat to hold me over until dinner. Chicken strips and small drink. I was charged $12 when the menu said $7.99. When asked about the charges I was met with a very rude response. I was automatically charged for ranch when I didnt request it. Then she very rudely demanded to wait outside.

Got just simple cheese fries and it was already expensive. I was charged for ranch I didn’t even get. The old lady was very rude/racist to both me and my two other friends who are very diverse in cultures.

Do not recommend. Worst experience ever never going back the workers are so so rude they yelled at my child and told her to get out while she was only going to try to get ketchup. I was gonna go yell at her but some people are not worth it. Also the fries were not cooked at all and never was the chicken strip even though I requested it to be well done. SO RUDE WORKERS THEY SHOULD NOT BE YELLING AT A 6 YEAR OLD CHILD.

Today April 22 2025. I was in webertstown mall. . I got ice cream I seat down in front of Mr sibs restaurant. I was about 40 minutes. No one said anything to me. Then a young gentleman African american set three tables away from me. My name is own business. The white older lady working in side . Came And look at the young gentleman african american man. Told him that this place is reserved for the restaurant only. He told her that if it was busy he would get up and leave. I had a problem with it because i've been there forty minutes She never came out and said anything to me Some people think I am white but I am Portuguese. So Start vide Both of us sitting down eating. So the young gentleman pulled out his phone and did the same thing. So when I was done eating my ice cream , I went to her and I Told her we don't need people like you in the world With racial things like this I back the young gentleman up.I do not stand for raci Color. I will never stand for the young.Gentleman didn't do anything wrong But she. Came out right away when She's seeing him eating. After I was done eating my ice cream I got up Then another white person came I sat down where I was Sitting down He was also eating an ice cream.That white lady never said a word to him. We don't. Need Don't need racial People world In this world. I will never go back to that restaurant again

The owner is completely RUDE. As soon as we sat down to look at the menu online, the owner came rushing out and told us in a very rude tone, “Are you going to order from Mr sibs or not? Unfortunately other places don’t offer a place to sit so I rented this out myself. So if you’re not going to order you need to leave. These are only for Mr sibs customers.” She then proceeded to grab the BIG sign she has in the middle of each table to show that it’s reserved for only mr sibs customers. Then she goes back inside. Didn’t even give us a chance to talk. To say the least we left and did not make a purchase. Went somewhere else and got some garlic fries with better service. With an owner like that no wonder it only has two stars…

Manager is very rude that I canceled my order! I sat down not paying attention to her table sign, so I went in to order fries, she just kept going on and on about how she pays for the space! I replied I understand that’s why iam ordering but she got so rude I canceled and went somewhere else for food!!
