Do not recommend. Worst experience ever never going back the workers are so so rude they yelled at my child and told her to get out while she was only going to try to get ketchup. I was gonna go yell at her but some people are not worth it. Also the fries were not cooked at all and never was the chicken strip even though I requested it to be well done. SO RUDE WORKERS THEY SHOULD NOT BE YELLING AT A 6 YEAR OLD CHILD.

Today April 22 2025. I was in webertstown mall. . I got ice cream I seat down in front of Mr sibs restaurant. I was about 40 minutes. No one said anything to me. Then a young gentleman African american set three tables away from me. My name is own business. The white older lady working in side . Came And look at the young gentleman african american man. Told him that this place is reserved for the restaurant only. He told her that if it was busy he would get up and leave. I had a problem with it because i've been there forty minutes She never came out and said anything to me Some people think I am white but I am Portuguese. So Start vide Both of us sitting down eating. So the young gentleman pulled out his phone and did the same thing. So when I was done eating my ice cream , I went to her and I Told her we don't need people like you in the world With racial things like this I back the young gentleman up.I do not stand for raci Color. I will never stand for the young.Gentleman didn't do anything wrong But she. Came out right away when She's seeing him eating. After I was done eating my ice cream I got up Then another white person came I sat down where I was Sitting down He was also eating an ice cream.That white lady never said a word to him. We don't. Need Don't need racial People world In this world. I will never go back to that restaurant again

The owner is completely RUDE. As soon as we sat down to look at the menu online, the owner came rushing out and told us in a very rude tone, “Are you going to order from Mr sibs or not? Unfortunately other places don’t offer a place to sit so I rented this out myself. So if you’re not going to order you need to leave. These are only for Mr sibs customers.” She then proceeded to grab the BIG sign she has in the middle of each table to show that it’s reserved for only mr sibs customers. Then she goes back inside. Didn’t even give us a chance to talk. To say the least we left and did not make a purchase. Went somewhere else and got some garlic fries with better service. With an owner like that no wonder it only has two stars…

Manager is very rude that I canceled my order! I sat down not paying attention to her table sign, so I went in to order fries, she just kept going on and on about how she pays for the space! I replied I understand that’s why iam ordering but she got so rude I canceled and went somewhere else for food!!

Very disappointed! I bought a sausage hot dog, Onion rings and coffee I took a sip of my coffee and it was Luke warm not hot also my hot dog was a little warm, not hot and I took a bite of my onion rings and they were still cold inside also I was charged .99 cents for ranch and didn’t get any for $21.77 everything should of been hot I won’t be going to Mr Sibs anymore there also to expensive.

Used to come here anytime i would come to the mall. The younger workers are always pleasant but the old lady ALWAYS has a bad attitude. Today just happened to be the worst experience yet. My daughter wanted pretzels and ice cream so we bought pretzels first. While attempting to settle down at a table so that i could go buy the ice cream i was approached by the OLD LADY as she said that the table was for mr sibs only in a condescending manner. She then in a fake pleasant voice asked would you be making a purchase at mr sibs. I told her not anymore as i will no longer support this business. She proceeded to the next table and informed that family that the table was a mr sib table but that they could finish their non mr sib meal.
This place sucks so bad, my cheese wasn't drippy bruh, my meat was really thin so there was nothing much to eat, and the fries werent either salted enough, not salted, or just too much salt in general.

This was my family’s first time here we didn’t mention that. We ordered two fish n chips, one large onion ring with ranch and two extra large slurpees. The food was REALLLY good. We all enjoyed it very much. It was super hot and fresh imo. Debbie who took our order is very sweet, her customer service is great and the lady who cooked our food cooked it to perfection. Before we left we refilled our slurpees for $.99. We will be back forsure. Thank you
Not sure why the bad reviews the older lady was nice to my family. The prices are just that, everything’ has gone up. If you can’t afford it eat somewhere else . Also the tables specifically are for this business they have Mr.Sibs signs on every table so I understand if your not eating there food you would be asked to move
