Super rude older blonde lady that worked here tried to kick me and the 5 children I was with (ages ranging 5 weeks to 8 years) out of the tables that were in the general area outside of their establishment in the public mall. I just stared blankly because we had just started feeding our hangry kids a snack when she did this and only scolded us and one other large family at this section of tables. The other couple people that were sitting and eating pretzels just like us weren’t scolded at all. The kicker? This place was DEAD. Not a customer in sight!! There were several people after us that came and sat but not a single person was scolded while we were there. What a joke… I wouldn’t ever give my money or business to someone as rude as that lady was. Just absolutely disgusting behavior.

I walk into this billboard of a store bombarded with the most confusing menu I have ever seen. The store owner was really rude as well. Food Is absolutely dog shit and she didn't even have the audacity to make it to-go. Just threw everything in a fucking paper bag. I tried to eat as much as I could as I just paid 20 dollars on this "chicken sandwich" but I couldn't even bare to keep eating it. I would not recommend wasting your money on this trash. There are way better options around the mall.

I usually love going here the food is cooked with great standards and is always hot and fresh. However I have noticed a significant price increase and then additional charges for extra sauce. I'm sorry but if I'm paying almost 25 bucks already you shouldn't be charging more for extra sauce. I will not be going back as often.

Rip off. None of the prices listed is what you pay. I ordered a bacon cheese fry because it was listed for $699. Turned out to be $9. For a SMALL. There were about 15 French fries in the basket. The sour cream was curdled, obviously old and not dated- the ranch also tasted and smelled sour and guess what I paid a dollar extra for each- so I paid $1 for chunky sour cream I had to throw away, and another $1 for ranch that smelled foul. The nacho cheese on the fries was amazing.HUGE RIP OFF.

Hugely expensive and rude staff. Careful of the added costs. They advertise meals with fries then ask what size you want. They don't give you an option of choosing the size that comes with the meal. Any answer you give will cost you extra. If you want ranch or BBQ sauce they charge extra. Avoid these guys...
