Prices are out of control here. The 3 piece tender menu item no longer comes with fries which is just a slap in the face at $13 dollars! That’s over $4 per tender without fries!??

Love this place, always quiet but let me tell you when they say mild they mean hot and yes you want the fully loaded fries.

Hi-Dee-ho,I arrived here on a Saturday evening. I will say it was fairly busy, so wait time felt like it took awhile. However, once my food arrived, it was scrumptious. I got the Mac sandwich tender meal with fries. The fries were a little salty but the sandwich made up for it. The Mac was a little bland but I think it complimented well with the coleslaw, and chicken tender that was added to it. I'm not a fan of white toast bread but the bread was good. Messy eat too so make sure you have plenty of napkins. Hefty sandwich too. I got full with one. I love how they had honey as a side sauce because, man, with the tender, fiiiire. For heat, I did the level before hella spicy I think, but I could have done it with spicy. Other than that, this place is a decent chicken place. Make sure you got time to spend though.

Thursday, 12/14/23 at 2pm. I live off of the Janet Leigh Plaza which is where this location is. 10 years living here, and observing this location from the time it opened, this was my first time having decided to place an order. I have been skeptical thinking if I would enjoy this as there are so many other options for food to consider, and that this location-area hasn’t had the best success rates for restaurants, etc. in its history. I was out and had run an errand and walking on my way home when I decided to finally walk in and consider ordering. Days earlier I visited their menu Online, and I already knew what I wanted. I was 1 of 2 persons inside sitting. The other person appeared to have already ordered and was eating. I stood at the counter, and a male asked for my order. I selected what I wanted: Chicken tenders and fries (Mild). While the salesperson was placing my order, I watched the display on the cash register as it quickly blinked options for tipping, and before I could respond the opportunity was gone. Also, a message then quickly appeared on the display about joining the rewards club, and ditto! I then remarked about not having time to respond to add a tip, and if I were able to join the rewards club online, the salesperson said yes, and “I think so”, and didn’t appear enthusiastic.Now considering the 10 years it took me to get here, and the fact that (Based on my knowledge of the cost of running a business,) I know there are many dollars that go into a business like this one including the marketing and advertising,the stiff competition, and maintaining the rewards program; etc. I say What a disappointment. And, I waited sitting with order #77 for 20minutes. I would to have liked having been able to add a tip on my receipt, and join the rewards club. See 1 photo here.

My new favorite! I can't really say too much more than Comfort Food! I love the different levels of heat for the chicken and I'm obsessed with the Mac. I'm always going to order extra sauce because you don't need it for flavor but it's still great to dip your bite of food in.

The chicken sandwich I ordered looked like it was literally just thrown together, plain fries were EXTREMELY no exaggeration salty I ordered plain because I can't have too much salt. Worse place I've been in a while
