You can't beat the meat, but you can eat it. Ribs are excellent. Tri tip was tender and juicy. Spicy links n chicken was moist and flavorful. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

I drive 45 min from Brannan Island just to pick up a couple racks of ribs and drive back home. Neil and his team make the best damn ribs in CA. Great customer service and the price is right too.

My Family and I are from San Jose and were visiting my Aunt and wanted some BBQ so we found this place. Walked up to this place and was greeted by the owner like we were Family. We ordered some chicken and tri-tip sandwich and it was off the hook!!! They have these big bbq's outside that they were cooking on so you know it's real bbq and not cooked in a oven!! We didn't wait long for the food and the owner even asked us if we wanted a beer, we passed but he offered a shot of whiskey so my Sister bad ass as she is took him up on his offer!!! She said it was some smooth whiskey...lol...They were playing some old School oldies and music which made us feel like we were at a Family bbq....We left satisfied and thanked the owner for his hospitality. If for some reason the owner reads this, we were the ladies from East Side San Jose that stopped by!!!! We will definitely come through next time we are in town!!!

Ribs were really good and the 1/2 chicken ? great ?Under 30. bucksBest to call before you go down because even though it says it's open @11:00 it's not always @ 11:00am.However; if you go round to 2pm, it'll be ready and raring to go, great prices.And Neil is very friendly and nice and so is the other staff...Every every week were in town we have to stop by once or twiceParking: There's room for about three to four cars inside and maybe one or two on the street ?

I was super happy I decided to stop. My friend and I were out and passed by and thought it looked cool, on the way back we stopped and we're not disappointed I had the brisket sandwich and a hot link and I had the food before I was able to even pay they were so quick, the food itself was so tender and delicious. Very simple but made with love and you can taste it

Atmosphere and service are like no other place I’ve ever experienced. I was in Stockton to pick up an RV part to go to Burning Man. Stopped in at Neil’s and it felt like I was already there. Must try for an unforgettable experience. This is three hours from my home and I will be coming back and bringing friends. Thank you, Neil!
