The protein bowl changed the flavor I usually go every weekend to get my protein bowl and they are doing something different,taste different and sweet 😔

I came into the store with my daughter and was greeted right away from a gentleman named Mayur. He was very accommodating and had great customer service. I would recommend this place to everybody.

Usually would give 5 stars to nektar but today was a joke. Specifically the girl with the numbers tatted behind her ear. I asked her if my pickup order was ready and she looked directly at it and the receipt in the fridge. Then proceeded to walk away and continue working without saying a word to me. And then acted like I wasn’t even there. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she can’t deal with customers. Mind you there were 7 employees working…..not cool

My drink, the greenies tasted like their vegetables were rotten. So very bad. As I waited, I observed an employee drop frozen fruit across the counter, pick it up and put it in a drink.

Great spot when you want a juice or a smoothie. I love that they are open later too. I loved their chocolate and peanut butter smoothie. Like a milkshake without the milk. 😋 Sometimes I prefer it to hot food.

Large variety of healthy choices. My daughter got a salad bowl. I got a smoothie.
Been in a few times but just went today and ordered a Pink Flamingo and something just taste old. And went in previously and customer service was very rude and slow. I would rate 4.5 on a good day .

I'm a vegan for health reasons and many of their options either contain sugar or multiple fruits andor sweeteners (dates, agave, etc). When I asked about ingredients or customizing my smoothie, I was met with a side eye. The counter person must've shared our experience with their coworkers as THREE emerged from the back.
If I'm paying $12 for a smoothie, I'm entitled to amenable customer service and courteous assistance to my questions.
The other one who made the drink blocked my view, but that "greenie up" addition was a costly joke as I couldn't taste kale nor the
spinach.
Make this a hard pass.

I don’t understand how I order the exact same drink two days in a row and the look and taste different. 😠this doesn’t look like the picture but the one I ordered yesterday did. I could taste all flavors. Today, I just taste the boost, and some strawberry.
