Ordered chicken tacos that took forever and got shredded chicken with a kraft single slice on a corn tortilla. Worst taco I've ever had and the meat had a bone in.

Called in an order for pick up mid day. Fast and easy process. Plenty of parking. Restaurant was empty with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Ordered 2 crunchy tacos to go. Portion was pretty big. Flavor was just average. 2 crunchy tacos were $9 and some change.

I found a piece of chicken bone in my enchiladas and they didn't even offer to have my food com they just ask for payment no apologizes or anything. They knew it was there chicken bone cuz I show it to the server and she was like of its our chicken and she fave it to the cook probably to put in someone else's food. I was nice about it but if I chock on it I would sue. So they didn't help their case. I wouldn't go back this was my second time going to this location first time I was overcharged 10 dollars now I kno better.

i would like to sate that i don't like giving review like this and I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but the customer service i got was just terrible . me and my family walk in and were waiting at the door for some one to come to us and greet and seat us after waiting for some time a Hispanic person come and seats us . then another person comes after and helps takes our orders and i feel there was a language barrier because half the food we ordered came out wrong . also we order drinks and the drinks were very expensive and watered down .the hand made tortillas is what i come here for with my fajitas . when we got fajitas it barely had any meat on it . was suppose to be shrimp ,chicken and steak and we only got chicken and steak no shrimp. and any given moment when we ask for anything it seemed to be a issue or would take forever . one of the lady did not bring my sons drink until we were finished with the food . had to say will not be coming back for a while staff need to change . i know how this business was great before but now I'm not too sure waiting for almost past a hour for your food is acceptable with small kids . best things there that day was the chips and salsa honestly

The Hispanic people who work at this nasty place has terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional!!!! Don't bother going at this shit hole if you don't want to wait for almost one hour. We ended up leaving,they don't bother checking if we were serve or not.
Ordered menudo they said in 15-20 min picked it up got home my menudo was cold, other times it’s perfectly hot. Next time I’ll personally will go and order it there.

This place was pretty good. I’m not going to lie is my first time here. Apparently it’s a local favorite. The food was amazing. Service was fast that atmosphere was pretty decent. I would say my only concern was pricing. Two people, two meals, one regular soft drink and one alcoholic drink with $57. Not including the tip. Cautious if you’re on a budget, but the place was good
