I always come here and never felt the need to write a review until today. This team needs better communication, teamwork, and learn not to argue with customers and fix the issue if we are a paying customer. It’s ridiculous how 4-5 people working on orders but nobody to take orders? Not even the manager instead decides to ignore the line of orders to be taken when Emily (the manager) should take turns helping take orders or have one of the associates be put there to do it. Then the guy that was taken orders today was very rude and being a smart person over all. A lot of talking goes on instead of making customers order to be taken in line a priority. Constantly running out of eggs saying it’s a “25 minute wait” but nobody mention that to anyone in line until we order our food which is lack of communication in all ways. Most of us come from a far distance to get a bagel and receive this type of experience is ridiculous and embarrassing. This is by far the worst bagel place to go to when it comes to the service and atmosphere. The arguing , attitude, and talking about a customer when they are near by is unacceptable when clearly they can hear you mumble words. This store needs a new staff with more positive, respectful, and welcoming manners.

This woman was rude and condescending in the way that she spoke to my mother when directing her where to order....they didn't cut bagels in half.......then the cashier with the glasses came out asked is if we had been helped and when we said we already had....he said well can you stand somewhere else in a rude tone with no one else in the store. Please train your staff to be kind and at least act like they care

Very UNSANITARY place. Have gone here a couple times and the first time cashier touched my money when paying, didn’t wash her hands, & went straight to making sandwiches. Threw my sandwiches away because I was disgusted. Went back to give it another try except this time the 6:30am worker was rude and then went to use the bathroom after taking my order. Touched all the door handles to the bathroom (mind you not everyone washes their hands after using the bathroom) and went straight in to the work area and began putting orders together. For food handling it is a MUST to wash your hands in the work area before returning to work after using the bathroom. Completely disgusted with this place and will never return. I have definitely shared these experiences with family/friends and have emailed Noah’s Bagels and never received a response as they don’t seem to care!

Literally a long wait no matter how many people are in line. And no one seems to care about customer service, or speed. Its not that hard to make a bagel and i should have to wait almost 10 minutes for a bagel with spread. But one employee here emily is great!

The Noah’s NY Bagels ruined my day off :( I came to get a bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagel for breakfast and was very disappointed. Bacon and egg were dry, cheese was barely noticeable and they were out of ketchup.
Why are they so good!? I've always loved a cinnamon raisin bagel with a plain shmear, but I got a free signature egg for my birthday and now I'm addicted!
