I had the most incredible experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes that I’ll never forget. I arrived with my daughters just after closing time for a teacher appreciation mini cake, not realizing the store closes at 6pm. As I was about to turn away, the owner kindly opened the door with a warm smile, greeted us, and asked us what we needed. .

I spoke with Molly about placing an order online today. She was able to answer all of my questions patienly. I did run through some trouble through the app and I called her back multiple times and she did a whole walkthrough with me and I was able to place it my order on the website. She also called me back to confirm and made sure that I had my order correctly. She has excellent customer service, very friendly and welcoming. Also very patient. Thank you very much for helping me Molly. I usually come to this location when I stop into town for a special occasion.And they always have great customer service. I highly recommend it.

The Lincoln Center Nothing Bundt Cakes is an excellent location! I always order my cake online, choose a pick up time, and then head in when it is convenient for me. I like that every time I arrive, I know what to expect and am helped by friendly staff! To avoid longer lines and ensure good parking, I make sure to pick off-peak hours for my pick up time.
The cakes are always cooked perfectly and decorated with the amount of frosting that I specify in my order. Their flavors are wonderful and consistent! The seasonal flavors are fun and always worth a try!
I will definitely continue to order from this Nothing Bundt Cakes location!

If you are a delivery driver for DoorDash Instacart Uber eats or GrubHub stay away from this place do not deliver food for them. They will make you give out your personal information and expose it on a clipboard for every person walks into that store to see, and it violates your privacy and it violates the privacy agreement between the restaurant and the driver. I’ve already turned this information into the state of California as well as my attorney. We’re gonna look at possible lawsuit. You cannot violate peoples privacy like that is absolute bullshit

It was my mom’s birthday and so me and my dad set out to get specially Bundt cakes. This one was an hour away and was closing at 5. We got there at exactly 5 and they still let us in to buy a cake and did it with a smile! Absolutely love all the staff that were there that day! And the cake was amazing. LY!!

Came in to get my favorite cakes and they were sold out which is okay so purchased the smaller ones instead however I heard an employee in the back room literally screaming talking to another employee about a customer experience that she was annoyed with because the customer apparently asked a bunch of questions and then didn’t buy anything. It’s sad because places like this are a luxury for most people to afford and to hear an employee bash a customer like that. Just for asking about cake topping options is ridiculous and made me feel very uncomfortable.
