Im sorry to say but i have to tell the truth. It wasnt bad. But it wasnt anything to brag about. Maybe if the salsa was a bit hotter, and they had some kind of dipping sauce for the flautas. A little more flavor would help. And a little more decoration. This only my opinion. Somebody else could say something way different. Opinions are like aholes, everybody has one ..
Hidden spot serving brunch, lunch, and dinner. Food is delicious! Drinks are tasty. Service is welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect with plenty of parking. Outdoor seating with patio heater available. TVs around to watch your fave sport. Lots of indoor seating for large groups. Mimosas! Enjoyed my first visit.
The pictures and videos was way more exciting and live than the actual setting I endured The pictures and videos was way more exciting and live than the actual setting I endured on a Friday evening. The waitress who was the only woman wearing a black shirt and not a hoodie greeted us with “ trying to stay positive “ a little too cryptic but we gave her the benefit of a doubt. We have some good drinks ordered, appetizer and fajita meals. We ordered triple dip appetizer that was never given to us and apparently when she brought our orders someone else was suppose to bring our appetizer. I told her to keep it as we already were given our dinner plates . Also ordered two glasses of waters which she forgot those also, but brung them and only brought one straw ! Her attitude was terrible! She even refused to being our check as the gentleman behind the bar brought it which was odd! We were super patient with her but I’m disgusted and didn’t feel like she wanted us there ! on a Friday evening. I rather eat from a taco truck than to visit this place again, the atmosphere screams old and drab; the place needs updating ! Oh she didn’t get no tip!
I don’t know what was worse. The food or the rude wait staff … do NOT eat here
This restaurant has consistently delivered great dining and excellent service to my family for years. The staff is accommodating- to the point of demonstrating how to properly fold a burrito to my son and I.
Thanks for your detection Octavio’s.
Didn't grab any grub only a miche. All food overpriced mayne.
Not for me, looks good on instagram but not so good in person. Not that it's bad just that it's not that good especially for the price.

This place has changed, used to be a favorite. I rather go to Casa Flores on Hammer Lane. I was with a handicap client, and they chose to sit towards the back. Our waitress just took our order, we never came in contact with her again until we were leaving.

My burrito was delicious but not hot. I ate it without telling them because even not hot it was delicious.

1st time here. I recall used to be Casa Flores? I ordered the (1 item) green enchilada. Tortilla was hard. The green sauce was sour. Or was it supposed to be sour? My meal wasn’t good overall. But my family enjoyed theirs. I will not order that meal again. Our server was good!

I've been going to Octavio's for years. The food is amazing (who doesn't love homemade tortillas!?), the margaritas are the best in town and all of the staff has been incredible. I'm loving the new extended hours too!!

Juan’s tacos were decent, shrimp taco was over cooked. My daughter’s bean burrito was horrible, super dry beans, almost looked like powdered beans. Way over-priced for sub par food. Plenty of other Mexican spots that are better and cheaper or same price. Second time being disappointed here..

This place is always outstanding. Food is perfection, so much so that I drive 2 hours to eat here. I used to live in the area and miss the food, quality, quanity, and taste. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location convenient. This place will have you asking yourself "Chipotle Who" I mean, why dine at a chain when you can support local and eat much better???

I ordered a super burrito just thinking it would be a regular size burrito + sour cream, guacamole, etc. The thing was so big it should have came with a birth certificate. Not only was it actually super, but it tasted amazing. A huge burrito for a great price. Highly recommended.
