I went their on 3/29/2024 went to pay for it with my credit card which it declined twice! ($18.52) So I paid cash for the item. When I got home I checked my card account , and there was 2 payments pending.( which was declined at the time)So I was told to let the payments process, then I can dispute it! that was $37.04 just given to them! I need my money back

Drive thru took too long for one order of spam musubi. Seaweed was burnt. Not sure how to can fuck that up. Customer service was wack. I understand why they only have 3 stars. In my opinion it should be 1 star.
