The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, employees hands over excellent customer service. I love the cleanliness and vibes. I highly recommend this spot.

I give 2 stars because the food was good. Service was terrible. There were maybe 2 other parties when we got to the restaurant. Took too long for us to be greeted and seated. The waitress did not come to out table for over 10 minutes. I was wondering if maybe there were no waitresses and we were supposed to order from the video game on the table. Waitress finally came to take a drink order. That was an ordeal. Neither she nor the bartender knew what CC and water with a twist of lemon was. We ordered blooming onion. She dropped bread at the table. Someone else dropped the blooming onion to our table. For the third time we had to ask can we please have silverware and napkins. The food was very good. My medium rare rib eye was well done. I sent it back only to then receive a raw rib eye. Not acceptable for a steak house. That was taken off the bill. The waitress never cleared a dirty plate from the table. I now know why the restaurant was empty. Food is good but service is terrible. We, of course, left a 20% tip for the waitress. She was pregnant and my Mom felt bad for her, but she clearly wasn't really a waitress.

We don't often go to Outback Steakhouse and I am not sure why. I guess I just don't think about it, but we went 2 days ago and it was really pretty good. I had the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes are from a box (or similar) and I had regretted not getting a baked potato. Next time. Everything else was flavorful and the waitress was pretty good. Tended to talk over us a little bit, but the manager stopped by the table which was a nice touch. I would definitely return when in the area.

Had to ask to be seated, and to get utensils. After waiting for the hostess to come out from wherever she was, her attitude was like we were not even there. The waitress was very good and attended to our needs professionally.
This is our favorite restaurant. The manager is on top of his employees and it shows.

We went here early Friday evening for my son's birthday. He chose Outback because he wanted steak and lobster which was a big hit on a cruise that we were recently on.
