Today, December 11, 2024, I went to the establishment at 9:30 a.m. and when my order was being served, there were live cockroaches among the food, they were so small that they could barely be seen, and it gave me a more disgusting experience. I left and canceled my order. If you go to the Pacific one, be careful, there are cockroaches 🪳 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢in my life I return to panda 🤮
After many years wanting to try Panda I finally did. I was pleased with the portions it was well worth the price. The food was good and to my surprise they had a couple of dishes my diabetic self felt comfortable eating without too much guilt. The staff was patient with my ignorance in how it all worked and answered all my questions nicely.
Vegetarian options: They had a couple of dishes that were vegetarian and my son (the vegetarian in the family.) enjoys them.
Kid-friendliness: They always get my order right great service nice workers the food is excellent one of my favorite places ???

Panda Express DoorDashed for a late dinner tonight. I they delivered from here because the one on Hammer Lane was closed even though it’s closer. It was basically a disaster. DoorDash did good but Panda Express did not! The chow mein was miserable. Dried out and inedible. I doused it with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to be able to eat it. It should’ve been thrown in the garbage instead of sold to a customer! I ordered the teriyaki chicken. I’m not sure what I received. It looked nothing like the picture they advertise on their website! That border lines on false advertising. I think it was chicken. I posted pictures. The broccoli beef was OK. The broccoli could could’ve used another 30 seconds in the frying pan. It was basically raw broccoli. I don’t think I’ll be ordering for a Panda Express again. I’m not going to take a chance. Screw me once, you’re not gonna screw me again. I can’t suggest this chain for Chinese food. Go to China Express or Chow To Go! Better Chinese food for your money!
They got my order wrong and left it like that. I told the workers I didn't want any rice on my plate and they left the rice in there anyway.

You guys becoming more more bad service specially on order pick up, is not the first time is more then 2 times you guys messed up my order . Until I get home and see you give me wrong order food I order . The rice dry and hard the fried rice.. I’m not going to drive back from were I live and tell you guys you suck on the food. I give to homeless person to eat it instead wasting the food.. I’m going to go somewhere else the food taste better and better services for 30.00 something dollars ???

Staff was very friendly but the biggest thing was they skimmed out on the “to-go” portions…we’re paying a lot more for food and the heaviest thing was the chow mein!!! C’mon…the Angus steak was mostly veggies. Never going back to this location ?
