The person in front of me asked for an item and after 5 minutes holding up the line was told it would be 25 to 30 minutes he left. I started to order and after putting chow mein and rice in the take out container I went down the line to see what else I wanted and they had the food lined and I asked about an item and was told it would be 20 - 3O minutes and as I looked further 90 percent of the bowls of food were empty so I told her never mind and she said I already put the items in the to go box and I could have that and I said never mind and walk out. It was just before the dinner rush, how could you not have everything ready.

Everytime I come here it’s not stocked with or entrees/sides The food portion is way under my price value and they act like mean lunch lady’s holding back on my scoop portions not to mention the other night the worker was mopping and I stated they are a multi million dollar company they should not be handling it accordingly and all he stated was leave a bad review maybe they’ll get to it Great customer service if you ask me tho right!!!!!

The food was alright and the place was clean enough, I suppose. The service was absolutely horrible. I asked for egg rolls. Egg rolls only come in chicken. I was asked if I wanted vegetable egg rolls. The vegetable option is a spring roll not an egg roll. When this was pointed out, the person serving responded with confusion. The. She assumed my party was all separate. The. They took forever to replace the syrup for the Diet Coke. I was surprised by the low rating initially. After coming in, that rating seems pretty accurate. There’s potential here, but much needs to be improved to realize said potential.

Asked for sweet and sour sauce 3 times asked the cashier a fourth time and she said oh you wanted sweet and sour sauce I said yes please I asked 3 times and she literally threw the sauce with a nasty attitude in my family pack and really panda no hot sauce you don’t carry it anymore It’s the golden standard of Chinese food to have hot sauce
