Tonight I went to this Panda Express and it wasn’t a good experience. It’s hands down the worst one I’ve had the misfortune of patronizing. 2 girls helped us place our order but they were incompetent. They couldn’t understand what sales tax was they were completely reliant on the cash register. Sales is is 8.75% here and I wanted to change the order to the next size up item to a large from medium. A dollar difference so it should have been $1.09 difference rounding up to the next cent. They didn’t know how to do basic change that most people know and one of them was the manager. How sad to have people with no intelligence and experience to run a restaurant and at as the representative for the company. The serving size was short as well. I asked if they were making more of different items the drive through was stilll open and they were filling customers orders. The district manager needs to pay some attention and I know this manager at the restaurant needs to be fired or demoted from her position.

Food was good and the employees were nice. We did feel a little rushed for moderate business, there only like 2 people in line, but it’s whatever. More importantly the food was good and tasted relatively fresh. The Bathrooms were dirty though but the dining room was good. Overall good experience, but could’ve been better

Visited today 4/2/25 at 4:16pm. The person who worked the window was nice. Just that I waited voluntarily for 8 minutes for my entree to finish cooking. Didn’t think the other food in the plate would be cold. I feel they could’ve packed it when the entree was finished cooking. And the chow mein didn’t taste like chow mein. Tasted like ramen overcooked noodles with no flavor. Wouldn’t recommend this specific store.
