I placed an online to-go order this morning at 10 AM and picked it up through the drive-thru. I ordered six souffles, three cheese and three spinach, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive two of the spinach souffles. I also had a lot of other items in my bag, so I initially thought everything was there. When I called the store, the staff mentioned that the manager would get back to me once things slowed down, but I haven’t received a callback yet. I’m hoping for a refund for the missing souffles.

The people got my order wrong. I had gotten Lisa's order and went back to tell them they had given me the wrong order. Not only did they give me my correct order they ended up giving me back Lisa's same order in my bag. Only noticed when I came back home that I realized I had extra stuff. Which I didn't mind you can complain about when you get free food, but someone else's food. I'm pretty sure Lisa was upset, but it wasn't my fault.
Every single time I go to a Panera they screw up my order. Or they give me a pager that doesn’t go off then it sits in the window forever like this time in addition they got the order wrong. Last time I went to a Panera was 4 yrs ago. Guess I’ll try again in 4 yrs maybe then they’ll get it right.

Went through the drive thru to pick up coffee. What’s the point of having drink stoppers if you don’t use them? As she handed me the coffee it spilled on my hand. Love getting a burn first thing in the morning. You guys need to start putting them in ALL hot drinks!!!!

I absolutely despise using the self order boards but not a single employee would approach the counter while I waited, so I finally gave up and ordered on my own. If my sick mother wasn't going for the soup, I would have gone elsewhere for sure. I won't be back.
