The people got my order wrong. I had gotten Lisa's order and went back to tell them they had given me the wrong order. Not only did they give me my correct order they ended up giving me back Lisa's same order in my bag. Only noticed when I came back home that I realized I had extra stuff. Which I didn't mind you can complain about when you get free food, but someone else's food. I'm pretty sure Lisa was upset, but it wasn't my fault.

Every single time I go to a Panera they screw up my order. Or they give me a pager that doesn’t go off then it sits in the window forever like this time in addition they got the order wrong. Last time I went to a Panera was 4 yrs ago. Guess I’ll try again in 4 yrs maybe then they’ll get it right.

Went through the drive thru to pick up coffee. What’s the point of having drink stoppers if you don’t use them? As she handed me the coffee it spilled on my hand. Love getting a burn first thing in the morning. You guys need to start putting them in ALL hot drinks!!!!

I absolutely despise using the self order boards but not a single employee would approach the counter while I waited, so I finally gave up and ordered on my own. If my sick mother wasn't going for the soup, I would have gone elsewhere for sure. I won't be back.

Y’all get paid a little too much than what y’all deserve and I don’t even leave reviews like that— it’s just a bunch of little kids defrosting frozen food with one hunched-granny in the back. pleaseee I’m just here to study but Y’all act like the people you keke about don’t know where you work ?
Suggestion: don’t customize your order here or just go to the Panera in Lodi or Starbucks down the street
