Got the thin crust gourmet veggie, I have been eating this exact pizza for years from other papa Murphys. It’s my favorite but sadly this time the crust was raw after cooking EXACTLY how the instructions said. I called the store and informed them about what happened and they told me it must be a problem with my oven. I said in that case I’ll just take my money back and I was asked to bring the pizza back in as”proof”. I brought it in and I took a video but how disgusting and shameful it was walking in the store with a cooked pizza with 1 piece missing. So awkward. I will say they didn’t hassle me about it and that’s why I gave 2 stars but due to the fact I had to bring the pizza back in is why I’m writing this review.

Probably the best tasting pizza I've had in a while. Ingredients seem to be fresh. It's best to use coupons to save a few dollars.
I ordered a stuffed pizza with some add ons and the gave me the entirely wrong pizza. I couldn't see what it was missing until we cut in due to it being stuffed. When I called to let them know I had someone else's pizza the only resolution was to drive back and return my pizza. I asked if I could instead give me a discount and was told no, I complained and they then hung up on me.

Sadly the store looks really bad now. Things cracked, broken, dirty. They are always out of certain sizes of pizzas. You do not get the correct measurement/portions on your pizza (hit or miss). As well as additional charges for already priced items. This is a " you get what you get" type of place now.

Service was terrible. Got my order wrong. Gave me someone else's order! These people are overwhelmed. They don't seem to know what to do. They told me the system was acting up. Idk. They need to call the mgr or the owner and get things fixed.

Ordered family size all meat no ground beef, xtra cheese, + bacon. There was no sausage on the pizza. 12 pieces of pepperoni, 6 pieces of Canadian bacon, 5 pieces of salami. The crispy bacon was in clumps and not scattered on the whole pizza. The Xtra cheese was OK. The restaurant was dead no cars in the parking lot no cars in drive thru. In fact drive thru had a sign on it hat it was closed. The time I called in order 6:05, picked up at 6:30 on 8/02/23. I work hard for my money and I chose to spend it at your establishment. I won't make that mistake again. This establishment use to be great, use to be.

I placed an online order so they obviously saw my request before I came in. I had ordered the 5 cheese bread and I was told they were put and they substituted with the wheel cheese bread. Store was not busy when I went in, I believe they should have made an effort to reach out to me instead of wsiting till I came in. That being said the veggie pizza and cheese pizza I ordered were good.
Lady dropped items on the ground threw them away in the trash can and didn’t change gloves or wash hands making the pizza.

This place has really turned into a dump. Long grass, garbage and graffiti make it a real eyesore. The employees aren't very professional either. Unkempt facial hair, shirts untucked, pants sagging etc. Even when you order a pizza your kind of rolling the dice so to say. Some look OK, but there's been plenty of times where I couldn't help but wonder where are the toppings at? Somebody needs to teach these employees how a pizza is supposed to look each and every time.
