Food was absolutely phenomenal. Not one single complaint. Every appetizer, plate, drink was 10/10. However, the staff could use some help, maybe more staff for bigger tables/parties. Ours got flustered, mixed up plates, got orders/sides/and cooking preferences wrong (rare,medium rare, well done), took plates from people at our table after biting it/eating it and switching plates no warning, not to mention, we asked for a a few high chairs when we first showed up, and I had repeatedly asked for them for over 25 minutes until I finally got a bit snappy and asked what was going on and where our chairs were, THEN the hostess did something.

Papapavlo's was recommended while we were on an overnight in Stockton. Busy place for dinner and we sat outside in the old CV19 tent.There were seven of us and five different dinner entrees were ordered. The chicken Marsala was good but made only with button mushrooms. At $30.00 a disappointment. None the less, overall we enjoyed this restaurant.

I just went last Friday, March 8 for my anniversary. My salad was soggy. I got my appetizers when I got my salad. I felt like the rice wasn’t even cooked. Very disappointed. I’ve gone in years past and it was excellent.

Happy about everything besides the fact I paid $4 for 2 ounces of remillard sauce. My take out bill came to $50+ for LUNCH and the sauce was way too expensive.

Myself, friends and family have been dinning at Papapavlo's for over 20 years. Last night's experience was appalling. Being Ignored is putting it mildly. We had to ask for water, drinks and a menu. Each time having to catch the bartenders attention as they talk to each other or they simply ignored us. After requesting the bill our payment was placed in the bill try and sat thier in front of us for another 15 minutes. Again being Ignored.The disrespectfulconfrontation by the bar staff that followed was ridiculous and insulting. It got no better after speaking to the "manager".Our Meals and drinks were great as usual. However I will never recommend this restaurant again. After reading other very similar reviews, I can only trust that this fine family owned ownership will address this ongoing issue with poor unprofessional service. I welcome the opportunity to provide more details to ownership, of which they should want to hear.Kid-friendliness: Not good.

Saturday 1-27-24 to many people for short staff.we wait for ever for service our waitress has to many tables so far apart from each other, I barely see her.we have to ask for pita bread 3 times to a different servers.I wait 22 min to get our salad after she took our orders, dinner entres come right after.nice waitress but to busy to take care of tables to far apart.is not our first time there we always have great experience and food always is good.

The atmosphere here is nice. Food is yummy. Had a small wait because this place gets pretty busy. The pistachio crusted salmon is always good! Flaming cheese comes with a show.

Never enjoyed myself anywhere as much as dinner here. The food was amazing. Steaks melt in your mouth. So juice and tender.Vegetarian options: DeliciousKid-friendliness: The kids love there choices of all.Wheelchair accessibility: Roomy to fit.

Well where do i start. It’s January and felt like they had the a/c on 64 degrees. Then the flaming cheese appetizer took longer than expected when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Not to mention the server could not get the cheese to flame. What a disappointment. The cheese did turn out to be really tasty though. My girlfriend got the salmon with pasta and it came out with rice, so that was wrong but she said the salmon was really good. Then my Pasta Alfredo came out and it wasn’t Alfredo. It just had butter on it which was also wrong. My grilled chicken was OK. So basically our appetizer didn’t work right & both of our meals were wrong. The atmosphere is OK location is good and the prices aren’t too bad

Disappointed. Chicken Marsala was excellent but not the service. Initially it was great but as restaurant got busier, lost our waitress. Waited almost 40 minutes after finishing meal to get the check. The busboy was super good and did most of the waiting. Gave him a tip!

The experience at this restaurant was a bit disappointing.Each dish was very well prepared but was let down in one way or another.Two of the dishes used canned mushrooms that really distorted the effort that was put into other parts of preparation.The rice that was used also seemed lacking when compared to the many different strains of rice that are available.Lastly two of the plates that we were presented with had hair on them that were not our own. This is only a minor issue as I can understand how this may happen. I'm sure on average the staff takes care to not allow this to happen.The staff was polite and attempted to remedy the issue but were otherwise not attentive.I'm sure this is a great place to grab lunch.

So my dinner was ordered medium and it came out well done. I asked the waitress for another dish and she complied. My sister and mother were almost done with their meal so I asked the waitresses to make mine to go. She rolled her eyes at me like i had asked an impossible task. My to go plate looked like the chef just tossed it in with no regards to my meal. Here is what my meal looked like, trash. The next day I got so sick from the food. I bet they did something to my food when I complained. If Im paying 75.00 a plate, I expect good service and food. Sent the portions of food out for analysis to determine if they indeed messed with my food. Results should be back in 4 weeks.
