My mocha latte was good, my sandwich was soggy so I didn't like it. Beware all food is frozen, they use an oven to heat it up. Had I known that I would not have bought anything. The cashier heats up your food, ours wasn't friendly. So if you mind that don't come. The atmosphere wasn't nice either, you spend about as much money going to Starbucks and they usually have nicer seating.

Not staffed properly for how busy they are. Mobile took way too long to be ready

I visit peets at least once per month. After a stressful day at work I was determined to get something from peets as i knew it would delight my soul.
I felt bad about arriving so close to closing and i walked in to find out i wasn’t the only one who had that craving.
They were busy and the cashier with lovely blueish hair was so polite and friendly. I paid cash for my order and she counted back the change to me. Which does not happen anymore. I told her I was impressed and she said said where she worked previously they were required to count back change. Peets Thankyou for hiring this young lady she is an asset to your store! Thankyou for helping my day better.

I asked for 2 large cold coffees without ice. They DID not fill it up to the brim. When asked, they said - they measure for the ice. 🤡🤡🤡🤡 Also, the face made wasn’t appreciated. Not recommended.

Don't come here if your in a hurry. For a chain coffee shop, there's no sense of urgency whatsoever. Everyone moves at a slow pace, been coming here for years and its only gotten worse and worse. Even doing mobile order its never ready even when it says to pick it up.

Went to pick up an order and waited 15 minutes just to get helped there was no line! Guy comes from the back wearing his AirPods and I’m telling him I’m picking up an order placed by someone else I show him my order number and he doesn’t care to help me he just simply says I need a confirmation when clearly I have it but didn’t even bother to hear me out! I’m pregnant I shouldn’t have to wait so long to be helped specially when an order was placed ahead of time or get treated the way I did! Never going back!!!!!!

Peet’s in Stockton is the best. The baristas are amazing and all the Peetniks who work there are fantastic.

OMG Peet's coffee is my favorite place!! Coffee done right every time, we come for coffee most mornings, and everyone is amazing. Best place to start the morning and get on with the day!

Between the everything plant based breakfast bagel and the coconut black-tie drink, there are enough good options for me to want to make a stop and treat myself. I'm waiting for them to make more vegan food options so this can be my go-to spot over Starbucks

So many changes have taken place in personnel but the good news is the store manager is still a guiding force and a true professional.

The newer beverages - a budding diabetic's dream. The core reason for Peet's existence - a cup of "coffee" , is still great, flavorful, and the precursor to what eventually becomes a competitor's outcome.

The atmosphere, minus human pretenses, has become a bit bland, strip mall-ish, tidy. Ironically, I don't get hit with the pungent raw bean coffee fragrance upon entering the joint. Quite the polar opposite of being able to smell the coffee and follow its trail 2 blocks to my first visit to a Peet's, 40+ years ago on Vine.

Recommend the app.
