Delightful service ! I walked in two min before closing and the employees didn't refuse service instead greeted me with a smile and a wonderful service! We got amazing positive atmosphere inside and out . Best cofee place!

-pumpkin spice oat milk latte: not again, didn't even notice that it was oat milk, not creamy, didn't taste much like pumpkin either even with half pump extra.-turkey ? egg white English muffin: too boring and bland.

Overall decent coffee shop would rather keep the personal comments to myself but I guess if you’re trying to compete with the overall more successful Starbucks you have to have some kind of gimmicky service . Front staff was friendly , manager seems more business oriented and not as friendly as the staff or maybe he didn’t have his coffee

I decided to add to my review I posted a very long time ago. After years have passed, it's unfortunate terrible customer service is still the same. After more than five different orders on different days and no matter what the drink is, all have been terrible. I refuse to call the main number for Peet's, although the representatives have been very kind, patient, and apologetic, I seriously feel like I will come across as a complainer expecting a refund. At this point, the cost for my orders doesn't matter anymore, I really just need to stop ordering from Peets, period. I only came back because I was given gift cards, and I took a chance as a returning customer. I am truly convinced the poor customer service must be the fact that I am not a "regular", if I was, I'm sure I would be greeted and asked if I need help instead of standing there looking lost. It would be nice if the employee "at least" announced your name to let you know your drink is ready instead of making you keep checking each drink to see if it's yours, "hoping" no two people have the same order.

I've been to several spots in Stockton to find an ideal remote workplace and I think I've found it at this particular Peet's!The wifi is stable, the atmosphere is nice & calming, servers are great, ample natural lighting, good spots with outlets, and nice coffee!I had their Americano black, and I like their brew and roast a lot more than a certain green competitor, not too acidic but that's my preference.Will definitely be coming here more often whenever I'm in town.

First time here ever.. the sandwich recommended by the cashier was sooo good. I ordered the mocha. I haven't had coffee or caffeine in awhile..so it maybe just my taste buds..Coffee was so strong and didn't taste like mocha nor was it sweet. I went Inside to grab sugar and a straw to mix my drink. After mixing, I tasted the mocha. Never been here ...but this is the first time I had to stir my mocha coffee at a coffee shop to make it taste like mocha. Breakfast sandwich was top notch. Will be back, but may have to order something else. I have bad eyesight. Can the owner post their menu on here so I can read it

First visit and didn't know what to expect. Service was okay. Coffee order was good. Wait was about 10-12 min. It was a busy morning. Parking was a little distance away. Location is visible to main street.
