The food and atmosphere is amazing. The service is excellent. Perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and spend time with love one's.
Great service and excellent food! Definitely recommend 💯
On June 29, 2025, after church, hubby and I decided to try the menu. At arrival, we both noticed how extremely HOT it was inside. After questioning management about it she informed us that although there are 3 A/C unites, theyve been having issues getting them serviced. Then the hostess asked how many, of course we said two. As we waited to be seated we were informed that we had to wait because the restaurant was short on eating utensils. Finally after being seated, We both opted for the Chicken Salad, Fried Green Tomatoes and Tea. Our tomates arrived shortly after our drinks practically burnt. The tomatoes appeared as if they had been refried. Of course I mentioned it to the waitress who agreed and brought us a fresh order. Then came the salad which was so horribly wiltd I couldn't eat it. The cooks are lazy and serve WHATEVER to paying customers. Although the manager gave us a discount on our bill and the waitress was sympathetic giving excellent customer service, I will not dine at this particular Huckabees again. It's not worth my time and money.
All our food was undercooked soggy fries soggy beignet like it was fried in cold oil this location compared to the other huckleberries we had gone before this one on Waterloo wouldn't recommend it. Waste of money. Never coming back to this site. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Not crispy at all. My biscuit was cold eggs way undercooked sunny side up potatoes undercooked. My girls had chicken strips, chicken strips, not fried proper soggy fries like I said everything was undercooked the cook should get fired. Get a new cook. The tall waitress could get a attitude adjustment if you don't like serving people. Get a new job
Stopped by here for breakfast while we were on i-5 on the way to Lake Tahoe. 10/10 service & food. The waitress was very friendly & attentive.
I personally got the biscuits & gravy & it was amazing. I could tell many locals and regulars come here for breakfast. I overheard many people having good convo with the waiters & waitresses. 10/10 would come back just for the breakfast. Prices were great too.
Nowadays, it's hard to find a place with good service, but this place still respects its customers by providing excellent service. They are all very nice, kind, friendly people who work there. Totally recommend!
We came in from out of town and wanted a variety of food bu5 breakfast and lunch. we picked the right one it was delicious and the prices are outstanding. Our waitress Antoniette I hope I am saying it right was Awesome great Service and food. San Jose Huckleberry .
MOTHERS DAY 2025 San Jose! On this day, you will never have a great day as a patron unless you have made your reservations at least a month before. We got lucky and decided to go to Huckleberry's this morning and got the prime parking spot in front of the restaurant, and got a table within moments of opening the door. Our server was way too busy, and could not get to us at all. We asked one about our server and she decided to take us herself...thank you Giorgia!! She was on top of everything, our iced tea was quick and our app was super fast!! The entire meal was without a problem and Girogia was a huge part of its success. Thank you Huckleberry's and thank you Giogia!!
Waitresses very friendly. Food is great and reasonable priced. Went back later the next day unfortunately their clothes after 3:00 pm.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a few spots 30' outside the door

If I could leave 0 star I would. Nasty and dirty. Bacon tasted exactly like gasoline I literally couldn’t take a bite. Trash on the floor. Tables not cleaned. So nasty!
Great food great prices and fast service. Our waitress mousey and Eric delivered excellent service. I will be back to try some of the other dishes they offer.

Service was much better since the last times I had been there. Unfortunately, I decided to try the Crab cake Benedict. I love crab cakes, and unfortunately, these were not up to par. Overcooked, dry, and the taste was non at all. My sons eggs were watery and he couldn't finish it at all. I ran out of coffee halfway through my meal and was finally asked if I needed more at the end of my meal. They had also run out of soups and did not have the red velvet pancakes we went there for. It was disappointing for sure!!!
