I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Let me tell you when I say this. Poke Salad is the BEST poke spot in Stockton. They not only have poke bowls but wraps, ramen, appetizers and protein plates. The environment is very nice & calm. Soft music & tv playing old cartoons. The teas & beverages are SO good. The owner super nice and friendly. Please be patient because he is the only one that makes prepare & food. He handles with so much care and the prices are way more affordable than ahi poke. I only wish I started coming to this establishment a whole lot sooner since I used to go to a different spot when I was in college. I cannot recommend this place enough!. The fish is so fresh and overall this is my absolute favorite food spot in Stockton. I go here with my boyfriend almost once or twice a week. My favorite part about the menu too, they have rotations on different seasonal food to try. I got 2 Korean corn dogs for less than $9. Try it for yourself, it’s the best :)

This place is super calm and peaceful! Went in the morning and there was no one. The food was so delicious, I’m not one to enjoy these type of dishes but it was literally splendid:3! The kimchi octopus was very yummy.

People are nice and friendly. When I went there the first time they walked me through the process and answered the questions I had. Food is really good and tastes fresh. The atmosphere seems fresh and new. However while I was sitting eating there was a roach on the wall next to me and I lost my appetite. Good food but there was a viable roach on the wall in the dining area.

Unfortunately this place is not the same as it used to be. While the food is still okay quality, the service from the owner/manager is subpart. He was rude and tried to charge me for things that were included. My mom had originally planned to get one and decided not to buy anything. The prices have increased which is understandable, but the sizes have gone down. I wish there was another location to go to, because I will not be back. Ever.
