Do not visit this location after 10:00pm. Last night, May 20, 2025 I entered the drive thru and ordered a 3 pc chicken and asked “which part of the chicken is included? “. The attendant responded, “you get whatever we have”. So, I asked specifically if they had legs, wings and/or breast. Her response was, “you will get what I give you. We aren’t doing special orders”. I politely drove to the window to find the entire staff at the front counter, laughing and chatting. So, I asked again regarding the selection of pieces and was told, “I don’t want to get fired but, the manager is trying to get ride of the chicken that’s already cooked so, we can’t take special request”. I thanked the attendant and drove off.

3 times I've got my order wrong here, and the last one was ridiculous. They've suggested the new pie, and I've ordered two and never received it. When I asked the worker at the drive thru if the order was complete and everything is in there, he said yes but when I got back to work to hand out the food for my employees, the 2 pies was missing. When ive called to notify them that the 2 pies were missing, there was no apology or any compensation for the pies until I had to mention it. This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced for 2 years straight. Im really done with this location.

Well second time I'm there .... They were going to give me the food that had been sitting there for God knows when .... I had them make me a new order after noticing this.... Which they did... So I have to give them some credit for the new food .

This place sucks. I took two bites of my sandwich and found hair! Even when I brushed my teeth, I couldn’t get it out.
BAD SERVICE!!!!! the manager JOSE is so rude, He doesn't know how to treat his clients. I don't know why he works in a place he doesn't like, that he takes out his anger on everyone. Sorry this place is not that same like it used to be years ago… they need good people there with excellent attitude 🙌

Whoever made the chicken sanwiches today 11/22 around 2-3 😋it was great 👍🏼 juicy, crunchy flavorful. Keep thay fryer!
