There is one specific young lady that is always such an outstanding person when it comes to her customer service and how she handles things I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 to 4 months and no matter what goes on and how busy it gets or if they are short on employees, this young lady always seem to handle things in such a professional manner! even being put under pressure I just absolutely love it how she handles things, and never easily agitated! I wish I was one of those undercover bosses She would definitely be promoted. I really apologize. I didn’t catch your name to directly shout you out because I see my receipt say a different person. I don’t want to say this name cause I don’t believe this was you but when I come back in there, I will definitely get your name and leave another review Because the service is so outstanding shout out to you young lady and keep doing such a wonderful and excellent job making customers happy and feel comfortable. Hey you guys just wanted to give you guys an update on the Popeyes I go to on Westlane. I always receive the upmost respect, customer service, and it being a good atmosphere here, the place has great service especially the manager RAVIN she is a wonderful and outgoing, kind lady that I have came across. You guys go here and get some good food and good service.
I come to Popeyes all the time and Ravin seems to amaze me with her great service. She always make sure I got the extras.

I recently went to get lunch with my daughter and was helped by a manager her name is Ravin she was so polite and very helpful me and my daughter highly recommend this Popeyes and Ravin it was quick and the service was fantastic
Stopped by recently to pick up some lunch and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff were! I was assisted by Miesha, I believe she was the manager and she was very friendly and attentive to us. I will be coming back!!!
