I went to popeyes's to grab some lunch with my friend and kimi was our server. Kimi was really nice and kind and made sure we were attended properly. I always liked popeyes but kimi made it so much better

I had a great experience Friday afternoon. Kimi has excellent customer service!! She was also very patient with me because I was very undecided about what I wanted to order lol! She was kind and recommended great choices for me and my kids! She also informed me about the Popeyes app and everything the app offers!!! Kimi keep up the great work!!!!! Love Popeyes chicken!!!!

This is my first time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a super friendly and professional woman named, Kimi. She seemed very experienced and patient. She explained some items on the menu, which she knew by heart. If Kimi isn't a Manager at this place already, someone needs to promote her ASAP. Thanks Kimi!

Gave me these big ass pieces of chicken the size of a god damn rat I’m overly pissed . No sauce no nun just big ass pieces of meat.

No excuse for making me wait 20 minutes after putting in a mobile order 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. Thank you for the food but you all wasted my time that I cannot afford to give just standing around. Also why does my receipt say “Walk in Order”? I ordered through mobile - are you manipulating the customer wait times this way on your system? Makes me wonder.

Update 15MAR2025: I decided to do another mobile order again to give another chance. Items were missing from my order. Did the automated chat and now I don’t see any offers that were promised as compensation. Extremely dissatisfied. Don’t just take people’s money for nothing! What’s wrong with you?! SCAM.

They got our order correct. However, and this is solely a complaint about the menu and not the restaurant, I hate that the only green vegetable on the menu is coleslaw. The ghost pepper sandwich was greasy and not spicy. Their speaker doesn't work very well. The employees are fast and pay good attention to the order, which is awesome. Fix your stuff though Popeyes, you're slacking on upkeep and flavor.

Vegetarian options: None almost. Just fries, coleslaw, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Fries and most likely cooked in the same oil as the chicken.
