Manager Kimmy is the best and the nicest person I've met great service and good food and she is super nice 10/10 would recommend because of her excellent service and she is the Nicest manager needs a raise she's not shy and is really professional and we will come every Tuesday just for her.

Had a truly frustrating inconsiderate experience with staff waiting at least 45 mins for what was admittedly a large order (5 meal combos) and the order was taken wrong.

Great place to eat and enjoy family time. Great customer service,quality food and the atmosphere is clean and modern.

We went there @ 1 pm today 3-13-26 waited for someone to take our order and no one help for at least 10 min as we walked in people complaining they took to long and the guy inside was already waiting 20 min for a sandwich there was only 1 car in the drive through so we left to go eat somewhere else

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback. I’ve noticed that food orders often take quite a long time, and staff at the front sometimes seem busy talking with each other instead of noticing customers calling for help. It would really improve the experience if someone paid closer attention to the front and customer requests. I hope management can look into this. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with the staff, the manager Meza especially. She was very accommodating, polite and had great customer service. the food itself was absolutely delicious. Will be coming back for more.

My very first time at Popeyes and did not know what to do Mesa until Mesa help me to order in recommended some really good deals the 999 box was really good I got me two pieces of chicken some fries and a drink with meza help I was able to order and got good customer service she was a great help she's a great manager call customer service for fabulous.

My order took almost an hour plus the food is dry

I love going to this Popeyes they’re one of the only locations open till 2 AM. They always do their best to get you your food and the manager. Kim is amazing.
