Third time in a row asking for extra pickles and sauce and still did not have it. The lady who helped me get them was nice though but I didn't realize the lack of sauce until i got home. You can argue i should have checked but they're supposed to get your order right.

I went to this place and was in the drive thru for a minute trying to order a 2 piece meal the person ordering seem to not be listening I kept saying I want a 2 piece meal she wouldn’t answer waited then asked me again I ordered got to the window she didn’t even know my order I got a 2 piece only I said 2 legs nop got it all wrong all the damn wait and still got it wrong

Went last night last minute to pick up some dinner at this location. We get there no one in line cool we will be fast. We ordered was directed to the front so they can finish our order, red flag. While we wait very strong chicken grease smell filled the air and reminds me of my morning sickness I had with my son 2 red flag. Now I'm waking up this morning with egg burps and stomach problems I will not be returning to popyes.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my order and when I got home my large side and sauce was missing. I tried to call and the number has been busy.

I don't know whar they o consider busy in that place because there was literally like nobody there and I waited 40 minutes for an order absolutely ridiculous I saw cars pulling in at the 30th minute getting their food before me.

Had excellent service, great food, and even better service. Will definitely go again!

I don't know what they're doing with their hot and spicy sandwiches but it's terrible they need to stop and go back to the recipe that they were used in the beginning because it is really bad
