I used to really enjoy poppy’s cafe the customer service was amazing and so friendly however I’m not sure about the new morning staff. There’s never a smile and everything I order they seem to never have. Then why put it on the menu ? And when I ask for things they seem to be annoyed. I hate being looked at like I’m stupid and I get that a lot from them. When I ask for something they just sit there and stare at me like I have the answer? I honestly feel like they don’t want to make certain drinks , how is it everytime I ask for a drink they have on the menu they all of a sudden “don’t have those ingredients” ? Don’t like the new morning staff I won’t be coming here anymore as long as they are working. Very disappointing I used to love coming here

Ordered off of DoorDash and MY MUFFIN WAS RAW! The other two were about 90% baked. My iced coffee was good, and sandwich was amazing! but overall just disappointed in the lack of food quality and safety when it came to these muffins :(

Always the BEST chai!! Spicy or vanilla, can’t go wrong. And the food is to die for. Kindest people behind the counter, great experience every time. I just up for a quick visit for the first time in months and made a point to stop by Poppy, because it’s so good! Couldn’t recommend more!

Ordered dream sandwich. It was a nightmare . Croissant was not cut properly, whole sandwich fell apart. Rubbery sausage, too much sauce. Not worth 8 dollars.Ordered a regular breakfast sandwich a couple weeks later. Much better.

I am not a breakfast person but on this particular morning I was starving so I got me a Dream sandwich and their quiche with potato. Let me tell you!!! I know why they fall it a dream sandwich because now that’s all I’m gonna dream about. It’s a flaky crossiant sandwich with sausage, poached egg, some other stuff that makes it tasty. Absolutely love!! And the quiche it was pretty good as well but the crust was too dry and crumbly to my liking. Overall a good place to get you something for breakfast!

I love Poppy coffee, but you guys need to be more aware of protecting other peoples drinks when it’s getting picked up from DoorDash, giving it freely to the door dasher can be drugged or some thing in that sort. Please do better.
