Always the BEST chai!! Spicy or vanilla, can’t go wrong. And the food is to die for. Kindest people behind the counter, great experience every time. I just up for a quick visit for the first time in months and made a point to stop by Poppy, because it’s so good! Couldn’t recommend more!

Ordered dream sandwich. It was a nightmare . Croissant was not cut properly, whole sandwich fell apart. Rubbery sausage, too much sauce. Not worth 8 dollars.Ordered a regular breakfast sandwich a couple weeks later. Much better.

I've been coming to this place for years, since their opening. I was thrilled to see a locally owned alternative to Starbucks. Sadly, a once busy place seems quite empty. The once pretty sign out front is gone now, and the menu has had prices crossed out for months now. When I asked about it on a previous visit, they said they were in the process of changing their sign, but that hasn't happened yet. Their breakfast burrito with accompanying salsa is still quite good, but the price has jumped to over $12, roughly $2 above the going rate for s a breakfast burrito in this town. It seems like this once popular, successful place is on the decline, and that's a shame.

Poppy Coffee is a cute little coffee shop with a cute quiet space to hang out. The wall has some beautiful art of a poppy flower. There's a wall of local events and things going around in town. They have a large menu of baked goods, sandwiches, coffees and drinks. The service is great and quick. The place was pretty empty! I got a mixed up mocha which is very very sweet. And a sweet cream frappe which is similar to a vanilla bean frappe at Starbucks.

I am not a breakfast person but on this particular morning I was starving so I got me a Dream sandwich and their quiche with potato. Let me tell you!!! I know why they fall it a dream sandwich because now that’s all I’m gonna dream about. It’s a flaky crossiant sandwich with sausage, poached egg, some other stuff that makes it tasty. Absolutely love!! And the quiche it was pretty good as well but the crust was too dry and crumbly to my liking. Overall a good place to get you something for breakfast!

My co-workers and I ordered coffees, and we were not impressed. They messed up on our orders. We have ordered breakfast from here in the past, and it was pretty good. We should have stuck with the breakfast because the coffee was not it!! I ordered an iced white mocha and received a watered-down coffee with chunks of white mocha syrup at the bottom. No milk was added. It was the most disgusting coffee I've ever had. Never again! Such a waste of money. Not even coffee creamer could save it. I ended up tossing it.

I love Poppy coffee, but you guys need to be more aware of protecting other peoples drinks when it’s getting picked up from DoorDash, giving it freely to the door dasher can be drugged or some thing in that sort. Please do better.

Omg their Garden Bagel (pesto bagel sandwich) was aaaamazing! It was too good to share, but still ended up saving my other half to hubs so he can taste how good it is. He agreed with me! Their lavanilla latte was great as well. Not too sweet like others I've had. Service was quick. I'm glad I ordered online because there was a bit of a line when I got there. Quaint place, but definitely cozy for a chill hangout with friends. Would definitely come back again!

I want to go back for other sandwiches. I first had an order through Door Dash (Santa Cruz Sandwich and Golden Latte) and then I visited in person. Had the Dream Breakfast Croissant and another Golden Latte. They also have a lot of teas and other coffee drinks. I really enjoy their variety. Update: 6/23/23 - took my husband for breakfast, he had the Dream and I tried the Garden Bagel (but on Croissant instead). So good (shown in photo). I also had a small hot Minty Mocha.
