Worse place to go when they don’t consider your valuable time. I waited 10 min by cashier cause she was waiting on an item for the customer in front of me. Even tho he told her to cancel he’s order so she can attend us. She ignore him and the rest of us. This young cashiers need to go learn some manners before they start attending customers.
No coming back for this.

Terrible service. Every worker at the deli appeared confused and disorganized. After I placed my order at the deli... It took 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me and even then it took another 8 minutes for them to get it to me. So 20 minutes wait just to get a cup of chicken soup.

Received the wron door dash order and when I called to let them know I received the wrong oder Female on the phone started yelling at saying you have to call door dash. When I simply was informing them I never received my 100 dollar order but received someone's. Elses.

I love their and Pan Dulce in the morning great selection. My favorite is their aqua Fresca’s in the back so amazing. Also, if you get a breakfast burrito there, they’re massive.

I haven't shopped here in about over a month, I had a charge on my card from this store. I had to call my bank and dismiss the charge and get a new card.
I dont let anyone use my card and I had it with me.
So manager needs to check their cashiers , someone took my card number and used it.
The last time I went I bought food at the kitchen. The total they took off my card was 27.27 if that helps to figure out who it was.
I will not be shopping here anymore and now being cautious about using my card at other places.

I wanted to buy a cake rn but this man didn’t wanna give us a cake cause he was closed he was helping somebody WITH A DETAILED CAKE but when i just wanted one that was displayed and he couldn’t back it up? Talk about rude but hey this yall fav store 😭😭😭

I often come to this store to get my groceries but today I needed to use the restroom and I ask a lady name tekka if she can open it for me , she was very rude as if I asked for something so difficult, I work in customer service as well and honestly she shouldn’t be working in customer service

Horrible experience, this will be my third time coming for a cake in the last 3 years. First year cake was amazing, second year cake was horrible and had to be fixed on the spot, third year is the same mess again. They expect you to take this home? Don’t they have a quality control or a manager that oversees this sort of thing. How could they expect someone to be be ok with this horrible decor. I made very simple request, it was two color, two tier, with simple icing on the edges, also I asked if they could place a mermaid tail and the young girl taking my order asked the cake maker and she told us it wasn’t doable because it was out of her comfort zone, I was okay with it, it wasn’t the end of the world for us, I then asked for a wave like on the frosting Instead of flat round cake, I and the girl taking the order were on the same page of a serrated spatula running along the cake. We never spoke of air brushing the cake, plus she feels comfortable making the air brush mess and not a mermaid tail? Paid over 90 dollars for this cake, don’t ever think about letting them ruin your event, take the time and go elsewhere. They look at you and stare and laugh like I’m the problem, all those ladies should be reprimanded for their behavior. Not one single apology. You be the judge. Cake on the rack is the cake they expected me to take home, leaning tower of cake was the the fix we came up with, at least the lady tried to correct it for us. Last, was my amazing wife making magic out of garbage. AGAIN, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. While shopping, I saw a hair on their displayed chicken and brought it to the attention of the employee. Instead of following proper safety protocols, she used the same gloves to simply remove the hair and continued handling other meats/dairy!

This is concerning, especially since the California Department of Public Health emphasizes the importance of safe food handling. This incident reflects poorly on management’s commitment to food safety and customer care. I recommend thinking twice before buying chicken here, as this lack of attention to hygiene poses potential health risks. Very disappointed in the service and standards at this location.
