Very friendly and great service! I had the catfish and cornbread. The catfish was fried fresh and had a great flavor. The cornbread was nice bite size pieces and were extremely delicious! Another jewel with good food, great service and good prices, I highly recommend!!

Rays has always been good food to me, but I came back after not patronizing them for at least a good 3 years. I was disappointed because I called in aheadrequesting that my food is fried hard and then at mild sauce. everything was soggy, which, it was important to me to be cooked appropriately.

I called to inform. The gentleman that answer did offer for me to come back in and they re-cook it but I Declined letting him know that the reason I called is that I didn’t have time to wait

Ordered cod but what I got was sloppy salted talpia. Waisted my money 23 freaking dollars in the trash!! Now I have to order some pizza.

Loved the food, the vibes, everything! My kids tore up their Mac n cheese and fries. I didnt even get a single fry. But LOVED the fish (I had red snapper) perfectly crispy yet juicy inside. Last but not least the Greens! Immaculate! Best greens I’ve had in a long time! If I lived out here this would be a regular spot for me! Great food with friendly staff can’t beat that! I hope you guys end up coming out to Portland!

I live in the area and this place is FIRE! The owner is very kind and welcoming, very fresh food always made fresh! Love this place and I will keep coming for generations to come. I've dined in and taken out and it's good regardless

I wish this place was in a better place where it had more traffic and better way to advertise....because this place is so good! The staff are very polite and friendly! Rays is the nicest guy you'll ever meet! And the food is top notch!

Absolutely enjoyed this little gem. 💎 my sister and father stopped by and omg I’m so glad we did! The fish was perfectly seasoned and super delicious. The okra and fried corn will not disappoint TRUST ME! We didn’t catch the guys name but his customer service was top tier. He made us feel right as home, his conversation was like we were sitting back talking to family! I highly recommend. Thanks for the scrumptious food and great hospitality!!! 🫶🏾
