The waiter was nice but the food was cold when we got it and felt left under a hot lamp, we got our food before our appetizer and we just canceled that all together. 2/10 at best 147.60 check for a meal that was worth 70 at best

Hadn’t been to red lobster in a while. The service was good waiter was very attentive. Of course the biscuits are always great. Had the bacon mac & cheese for appetizer some of the bacon was rock hard I couldn’t even chew it. Hush puppies were good. Mushrooms were good. Had the steak and lobster. Lobster was really good. Steak was not so good, it super tough was like trying to eat leather, which shouldn’t have been. It was cooked to a temperature of medium….

I have been a Red Lobster rewards member for several years, so I've seen the changes and some good and some bad. The absolute worst thing they've ever done was when they recently changed the Tarter sauce. Based on the change, there is no reason for me to ever return. The CEO made the worst decision changing it. Will never return to a Red Lobster.

My sister and brother-in-law wanted to go out to dinner and have drinks and asked me if I wanted to join them and be their driver. I just had my dinner and was okay with taking them. I had fun and had a drink and a little bit of the apatizers with them. The stuffed mushrooms were good, and the look of their dinners looked good. Even the fish and chips looked way better than it did from the last time I had them before the change of management/ownership.

My husband and I, went to have lunch, food was great like always. But our server by the name of Paulina was very polite and attentive. But what really impress me the most was her honesty. I Inaccidently forgot a small wallet with cash in it, she found it and could have kept it without anyone knowing, but instead she saved and when I went back to see if I have left there she said " oh yes I saved for you". We need more employees like her.THANK YOU PAULINA.

Used to be our favorite place, Not Anymore... New menu.. Took a majority off the menu, and Don't expect the online price to be the same as the price in the restaurant, for the choose three shrimp for $20. Online, Is $22. There, and they will not Honor it. Manager can't help and even brought out someone who was supposed to be higher than the manager, they can't help you either. Everyone you talk to will give you a different story of why.. Lies Lies Lies. It wasn't about the money, it was the principle of the whole thing. It happens a lot and I'm tired of places not Honoring their own adds or Websites. We left and ate some where else. WE WONT BE BACK. To Any Red Lobster.
