Very underwhelmed. Ordered this on Friday night with my family. Ordered two- three way plates. The sides are extremely tiny, and not that tasty. They count out 9 pieces of meat (no matter what you ordered) I ordered links (received 1 chopped up), shrimp (rec. 3 pcs.) and catfish (3 pcs). The link had no sauce and tasted boiled. There was nothing really exciting about the food. We waited quite a while to get our food (place was empty) and there was a live band which was neat, however, it was so loud that my husband practically was on the counter yelling our order to the lady. The kids and I had to wait outside as it was entirely Too Loud. I wouldn’t recommend that people not go, as this wasn’t a match for me...but someone else might want it.I probably won’t go back, but I do like supporting minorities and their businesses.

Omg been looking for some real southern soul food and this is it!! Fried catfish, Mac n cheese, potato salad and sweet potato pie..all from scratch and it was on point! This makes me so happy I don’t have to cook it in my own kitchen to have it now! Hard to find a good restaurant like this in Central Valley.. heck California in general! Thank you RoRo’s !!!
