Order delivery pizza Delivery service was great Pizza was not so great.. pepperoni pizza was dry Wings were tiny & dry or over cooked or maybe recooked and given to us I wasn't trying to leave a review I tried to reach out for their customer services through emails and no response.. I'm not the type to complain but this wasn't worth $62 And service wasn't helpful at all

I would give negative. Me and my husband came at 8:20 (they close at 10) and we pull up to see all the chairs up. So I went in and asked if they were open. She looked at my car and back at me and just nodded (yes) And started vacuuming.... If you're open... BE FRIENDLY?! MAYBEEE? Never ever ever coming here. And I will make sure to let friends and family to know as well. Because F**k this.

I have had a few corporate parties here this year, and their customer service has always been top-tier. They are patient, kind, and professional. I can only hope that I left a good impression as a customer because I want to keep holding my corporate parties here!! Lol.

Let's start off with food order the King Arthur extra large eight breadsticks four sodas $70.77 Pizza arrived wrong size. We started eating a pizza before we realized it was the wrong size. That was taken care of by one of the staff by bringing another extra large pizza I'm thinking to myself what am I gonna do with all this pizza now for the quality of the pizza absolute garbage frozen crust extra thin toppings would almost bet most for frozen no sauce it was a dusting of some sort on the bottom of one that left our lips, white looking like a crackhead from southside Breadsticks Terrible Costco Brand not worth the time no sauce with the breadsticks walked in six tables, full of trash from previous customers ended up wiping my own table and taking home 5 pounds of pizza that no one will eat. Should've kept my $70 and had Domino's.

Horrible! They wouldn't put out fresh pizza even after we asked them too. It would take around 30 minutes to get only one type of pizza and completely disregarding others requests! We had repeatedly asked for more pizza and they would never bring it out. We payed around 38 dollars for 2 people and we didnt even get to eat the fresh pizza that we wanted. Extremely Dissatisfied.

When you call the number it is answered by a third party not at the store (probably relatives).Then they wouldn't honor the price online, and argued that they were in the process of updating their website.

had a birthday party for my son on june 24, 2023 and besides the very first guy who helped us with our order (before clocking out) mind you he had a bad leg and was soo helpful and repectful! (gonna come back and tip him) but not one single person working from 5-closing took care of us.. we literally had to go take them everyones plates and empty pizza pans! nobody brought us a knife for the cake and when i got one it was bigger then a michael myers knife smh! i cut my finger since i didnt expect it to reach so far.. the staff was rude AF! they look like lazy teenagers who are miserable.. once the older guy left they literally stood around doing nothing! if i wasnt tending to my kids and everything else i would of complained but the "no tip" for a 3.5 hour service spoke for itself. never would i be returning or recommending this location. brookside needs to do better! (THANKS AGAIN TO THE MAN WITH GLASSES AND A HURT LEG WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US IN THE 30 MINUTES HE WAS THERE, BEFORE CLOCKING OUT) everyone else i hope your boss sees this
