Have been going here for years but has taken a true dive. Went with friends and was given a total poor experience and rude behavior by staff. Was made fun of when service was poor and had asked about my order. Was told by individual they were just joking. Personally as a business owner of two businesses in the city I would buy this place just to fire the staff. Poor service and poor quality. Don’t go here

I always come to this location because of the convenience. I usually order the large King Arthur's Supreme pizza with extra sauce. It never disappoints and tastes great all the time. The staff members are very nice as well. Round Table Pizza is one of my favorite pizza chains, hands down.

I grew up eating Round Table Pizza, so it's kind of one of my favorite go-to's when I want pizza. I like the chicken pizza with the white sauce.

This location is right near my house in Trinity Parkway, I can literally see it from my backyard, so I go here often because I have teenage sons and they want pizza weekly. So I spend $40-$60 a week here on the regular. It's always hot and delicious. BUT my first time dinning in with my bf and two sons, we ordered close to closing time, got ONE salad bar (NOT unlimited/buffet salad bar) and some twist to eat while we waited. So we sit down I made a salad, trying to get my $9 worth and I'm sharing my salad with my bf, we're both eating it. The manager (I'm assuming bc of his demeanor), comes over and says the salad bar is for one person if you pay for one. And I said oh ok, he's just eating some of mine, he proceeded to stand there and just watch us and continued in an argumentative annoyed rude way to say it's for one person, you need to buy two if you both want to eat it. So I'm like OK, should he spit the salad out? Are you going to stand here and watch us to make sure my bf doesn't eat more off my plate? It was just unnecessary and rude and rubbed me the wrong way. I was with my teenage sons and it felt like an attack on my character, I was simply eating my ONE plate of salad with the person I came with. It wasn't as if I could go back and get more and more. I'm super disappointed bc now, I don't want to spend money with them anymore but it's my favorite pizza place near my home. Ppl should think twice before they approach their customers so rudely.

The ice machine is out no cold drinks at this place. Cold drinks and pizza during the summer are a necessity. They said they would add Ice in a quick minute but never did.

I made an online order for a personal pizza & garlic parm twists, came to pick it up & service was good but when I got home and started eating I found what looks like a piece of plastic inside of my pizza. I could have choked on this, this is not okay!!
This round table and managers/workers are so disorganized we ordered our pizza over the phone for pick up and was told 20 mins to be ready. We get there 30 mins later pay for our pizza and sit there for another 30 mins to find out our pizza was ready the entire time. We watched numerous customers being helped and pizza brought out for pick up orders that came out fresh when arrival not from the warmer area. Then we ask about the status of our pizza which the girl looks at us completely d*** founded with an attitude who was also the person who rang us up took when we paid for the pizza to pull it out of the warmer saying "it just came out." Flat out LIE and it's been in the warmer ready the entire time since we got there. When asking for a refund or half of our money back they proceeded to have no communication complete attitudes like it was our problem. Then the manager comes out with cash no explanation of what he is going to honor for the refund and proceeds to continue to argue with us when we are saying we paid more thinking he was going to give us the full refund. Needless to say people working there do not have any customer service skills and it shows with the type of manager we in countered.

The Garlic twist have never done me wrong!I love a good thin crispy pepperoni as well!The sauce can always be improved on but at the end of the day who cares.Service was takeout so it was fast, easy , and on time!
