SHOULD BE 0 STARS ! Disrespectful to disabled people I took my client to eat. They told him he needed to leave because of his disability they made him uncomfortable. He cried and asked for a refund. The lady started saying didn’t you eat when he hasn’t even ate anything yet! This is just a shame the world we live in they couldn’t let a 30 year old disabled man enjoy his lunch !

Didn't bring my soda and all my ranch was busted open in my bag. driver told me he'll try to bring my soda in 2 days if he gets a delivery in my area but he can't promise he'll come. They are very rude and hung up on me multiple times. when I asked why do I have to wait for 2 days when I already paid today. They refuse to give a refund and yelled at me on the phone.
SO UPDATE: It's been over a week. Still have not got my 2 liter or my ranch I paid for. They won't answer and have not call back. At this point they have stolen from my family. I work hard for my money so it's not right to be treated like this and not be compensated.

The treatment is rude coming from this woman and on top of that I paid extra for cheese in the crust and I take the meal home and we find out that there little to no cheese. This people at this location have always been greedy but this is beyond. I can see why this place is usually empty now day and night. This Oder was over $85 and the “garlic and cheese” bread sticks had little to no garlic or cheese. Would not recommend it no anyone unless u like bad service and to pay extra for nothing.. even the pizza sauce was changed to the cheapest tasting sauce.

The individual behind the counter displayed a highly unprofessional attitude during our interaction, particularly toward me. Should I encounter such behavior again, I will not hesitate to take legal action to address the matter.
Used the round table website to order from Here. Got called 30 min after I placed order stating I needed to spend $20 more to get delivery service. Then hung up on me. Then called back to ask if I wanted to add to order and no I did not so hung up on me Again. Worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

I usually go to the one on Trinity, but I changed jobs so now I came to the one on Holmes Avenue I had rewards from the last time I purchased the lunch meal. They didn’t want to honor it because I only spent $17 and some odd cents at this location. It’s round tables. They have an app. It’s not my fault. It never says that you have to go to the same location never again will I eat here!!!
