Used the round table website to order from Here. Got called 30 min after I placed order stating I needed to spend $20 more to get delivery service. Then hung up on me. Then called back to ask if I wanted to add to order and no I did not so hung up on me Again. Worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

I usually go to the one on Trinity, but I changed jobs so now I came to the one on Holmes Avenue I had rewards from the last time I purchased the lunch meal. They didn’t want to honor it because I only spent $17 and some odd cents at this location. It’s round tables. They have an app. It’s not my fault. It never says that you have to go to the same location never again will I eat here!!!

This particular round table is horrible. Trust me when I tell you make the extra drive and go to the round table on Pacific or another. Not only are the employees unprofessional and rude but they also do bad business overall. I go to this round table because it's closer to my house but will definitely just be going to a different location from here on our. Several times now they have blatantly gotten my order wrong and then denied any wrong doing and refused to fix the situation in any way, shape or form. This round table needs a change in management and or ownership.

Ordered 2 pizzas. They skimp on the meat so bad! Lady was very rude. I came in to get my pizzas so I didn't tip. Can tell she was upset with that. 2 pizzas and I ask nicely for cheese and peppers, I get only two cheese and peppers for 2 pizzas lol. Don't come here!
I ordered 2 large pizzas and one was delicious (combo) and the other (pepperoni) was terrible. I called and asked them to exchange the bad one. Oh My Gosh the owner / manager was SO rude! Started yelling at me and told me it was fresh, that he has cooked it himself. It was not, the pizza was cold and the crust wasn't cooked all the way. I will not be ordering from them again.

Placed an order online using reward points earned through the app. After placing the order and using up my points I was denied the order because this location does not accept points unless they were earned here. At the end of the situation I was left without dinner for the kids and reward points gone. Asked for corporate phone number and got one that was disconnected. First time here and after this situation it's the last time.

I would never return to this place again. I've waited over 45 minutes for my pizza, and when I received it, it had a piece of hair on it. It's overpriced, and it dont taste as good as before I would give it 0 star if I could

This is the worst roundtable I have ever been to the Indians that own this business have run it completely down. There is no one there anytime I come not a single person. The owners are very rude. The salad bars are very nasty and old. The pizza quality has gone down a lot, probably because they are unhygienic and not very clean and on top of all that they don’t respect the round table points system and make you waste your redeemed points. these people are not professionals at all their clowns.
