Absolutely amazing Buffet I go to other round tables and they're packed this Buffet nobody's here the place is absolutely clean the pizza was fresh the salad was extremely fresh I hate to leave a good review because I'm afraid the place is going to get busy but if you want lunch time Buffet for $12.99 this is your place

So I have a specific way I always get my pizza from round table. I never have any issues. But this is my first time at this particular location and the manager comes up and tells me I am bot allowed to sub ham for pepperoni. It's literally what I do every time at other locations. I asked him if this was a corporate store and he said yes, just like every other location I have gone to. I told him I order it this way every time and he literally told me no I don't. He called me a liar to my face and did it over and over again. Now I understand that maybe the other stores mat have just been nice and did it for me and this guy didn't want to. I'm OK with that. But to call a customer a liar to their face and tell me i never had that happen? It really pissed me off. It was a night manager on Monday night Jan 22, 2024

So today I had a craving for Round Table Pizza, specifically the Gourmet Veggie pizza which has white sauce. The other person eating pizza with me likes red sauce so I'm getting the other half of our pizza the original kind of veggie pizza, which is Guinevere's Garden Delight. I like the Gourmet Veggie side because it has zucchini, artichoke hearts and many other veggies. I just really like the combination of veggies and how they taste together with white sauce. Just like the other side of our pizza is the Guinevere's Garden Delight, it has the red sauce and black olives, green bell peppers etc.... It reminds me of a regular pizza that has meat on it. So it tricks my brain in a way and I can eat pizza that's lower in sodium since all those Italian meats aren't on the pizza. I'm not saying it's a low sodium pizza because it's definitely not, it's just lower in sodium if there isn't all the meats on it. The 2 guys working today were friendly. They made the pizza pretty good. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. I always love that. I can't stand a dirty bathroom. So anyways I just wanted to quickly let you know that today I went to this location and it was a good experience. The rating on Yelp shows 2 stars I believe. Well my visit today definitely didn't represent a 2 star rating restaurant. So maybe give this location a chance because they seem to have improved if you ask me.

Absolutely despicable business practices at this franchise. I ordered a Pizza and Parmesan Twists for delivery on the Round Table App and was called by the store two minutes later and told that I did not spend enough to qualify for delivery, despite my Credit Card being charged and paying a $5.99 delivery fee and even adding a $5 tip for the driver.They told me because I used my Reward Points to take off $8.99 for the Parmesan Twists, I would have to add something more to my order if I wanted them to come and deliver my order. I live LESS than a mile from the location and did not need anymore food so I declined. They told me I would have to pick up the order from the restaurant and refused to “spend money on gas, since it’s so expensive these days”.I cannot believe that they would treat customers this way, and I now know why the place is ALWAYS empty. They’ve lost my business and I will tell everyone I can to avoid this location at all costs. To top off the night the pizza was well below the Round Table taste and quality I grew up on. What a terrible experience and horrible Customer Service.

Corporate Round Table, shame on you for not taking the complaints seriously about this specific location. A response to email your company concerning the number of negative reviews has done zero to right the wrongs of this specific location. Shame on the owner for having so much greed that they will try to nickel and dime their customers. If you are reading this review to see if you should order from here...STOP...don't order from here, save yourself the disappointment and keep from being treated absolutely rudely. Take your business to the Mountain Mikes on Robinhood, they know about customer service and their YELP reviews show it. My first negative Yelp review. It takes a lot for me to get to the point that I would call out a business. Today was the day that I encountered the most horrible customer service in a long time. Zero customer service, in fact the older man working the phones and counter specifically stated (in front of other paying customers) that neither he nor management care about customer service. My experience is the exact same as Tony H's review ( I should have read his review and maybe I would have thought twice about going here). I ordered a pizza and bread sticks through the app. I used my points that I earned after spending a lot of money at Round Table. I paid the delivery fee and added a tip. I then received a call from them stating that I must order at minimum $35 or I can pick it up. I told him I would pick it up but I will need to be refunded for the delivery fee and tip since it wasn't being delivered. When I got there the older man refused to refund me my money and told me to order something more to cover the delivery fee and tip and if the amount is over I can pay the difference. I told him no, just refund the whole amount and put the points back on my account. He told me I could call corporate and argue with them for the points and fees. Another customer attempted to assist in the situation and tried to explain to the man that I was not in the wrong and he should refund me the money I paid. He proceeded to tell her that it was my fault for placing the order in the app for less than $35. SMH. She walked away in disbelief after she tried super hard to explain to him about customer service. This shouldn't have been a difficult issue, a simple refund is all that needed to occur. I explained there is a reason for delivery and the fact that I ended up driving to the restaurant to pick up my order, & then being told I would not be refunded the fees and tip is insane. I asked for a number for the owner or manager so I could speak to them for a refund, and he refused repeatedly, I asked why he would not give it and he said' 'Ask all you want, I will just keep saying no!' I asked 3 other employees for assistance or when the manager or owner comes in, each one said they didn't have a number for the manager to speak about customer service and that the owner never comes in . Sadly, as they all looked at one another they were smirking, and I knew it was a lost cause. After going back and forth for what felt like eternity, I did not get any pizza, but did get a refund, and lost the 100+points I used. Take the YELP reviews seriously for this place. Save yourself the headache and greed!
