If the manager is making my drinks, then heck yes this place is SOOOOOO awesome! But if shes not there ( usually not working on the weekend ) then I tend to stay away because I know it's a roulette 50/50 chance my drink won't be made right.. not to mention the manager is so awesome and a such a sweetheart too! She's always busy and pretty much doing everything in there when I pull up to the window...so it might take an extra second, but if you don't mind the chatting and customer service as well as your drink made right, then I highly suggest you going here.. I love it because I don't mind chatting or waiting for my drink!

Ive recently learned scooters coffee does not allow their employees to wear jackets when they are outside taking orders. I cannot support a company that does this. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Don't allow their employees to wear jackets at the drive through. Making your employees be cold and miserable during their shift is unacceptable. Buy them jackets, or let them where their own.

Willing to give this a couple more chances. It's not consistent unfortunately, depending on baristas. 01.23.21 5pm I had to walk to the drive thru window for them to correct my drink.Upon giving it back, walked to my car and burned my hand because it was spilling over and they don't give you sleeves.They didn't seem to care how they made the drinks. The gal taking the order (long crimped ponytail), kept repeating order wrong. Assured me it was all correct, and overall was not.
