This was our very first time trying this restaurant. The ordering process was different with having to order first then finding your table. With that being the only hiccup to most other restaurants we really enjoyed our food,service, and the atmosphere. The food was incredible and all the servings were absolutely delicious and big servings in comparison to other Japanese style restaurants we have tried. The service was perfect. The atmosphere was great for a family dinner or even if you and a romantic evening was occurring. If we ever are in the area again we would definitely go back!! If you are into Different types of Sake then this is place to be. I have not ever seen this many types of Sale in one place that has descriptions like this. It was fun flipping through all of these to learn about Sake!!!

Right there, you can tell she's not Japanese, because the Japanese culture is not raised like that, I lived in Japan and know they are far more respectful.
A great casual dining place - the food was delicious and the staff were so kind! We ordered the spicy miso ramen and salmon teriyaki which both had great flavors and came in generous portions. They take orders at the front and I wasn’t sure what to order first.. but the menu pictures at the front helped. I definitely recommend the two hot dishes I had, and want to try their sushi next time!

During my boyfriend and our kids' first visit to this restaurant, we were left unimpressed. My boyfriend found the sauce on the umami roll to taste burnt. We both expected more heat on the pacific sunrise as well. He said it was flavorless. Our I-scream roll was delicious, though. I didn't like that it was soggy like it had absorbed a bunch of oil when it was fried, which had never happened at other restaurants where we ordered something fried. Our kids absolutely loved the fried tempura vegetables and the chicken katsu donburi bowl. The bowl had a great amount of vegetables and meat. The tempura vegetables were cooked perfectly. They had just the perfect amount of crunch to them. They had wonderful service and were very quick to service everyone in the restaurant. I think that this restaurant is good for those that don't like very strong flavors on their rolls but sadly our family does. The presentation of the food was beautifully done btw.

Honestly, I would like to say I was happy to see a sushi restaurant request you to pay as you order your meal! My family and I went today at 12/16 as soon as they open. Coming from Fresno. Experience was different, quiet and very much appreciated the host. Whom smiled and assisted on a few items request 😄 sushi was okay my brother wanted more than myself I order spicy miso edamame
