Save your money. First, was told they are only taking cash, asked if they could restart the reader (I used to be a restaurant manager) said they are trying but fine went to the ATM and went back. There were cars in front that I could hear her saying they are only taking cash so when we get home about 7 minutes, my food was cold! Probably used the food that the other cars had ordered but didnt have cash for and they forgot my son's corn dog. Reminded me why If I want a burger I go to In-n-out!!

My order was missing items; strawberry lemonade was more like strawberry water. Chili cheese tots were completely smashed, my kids’ chicken strips were hard and dry, my wife ordered onion rings and it looked like they were sitting out too long and tasted old. We used to go there all the time, but since they have new employees, it seems like they don’t care about their job, and they are only there for a paycheck. I don’t usually like to post reviews, but to be honest, I am highly disappointed and I regret spending all that money on leftovers and flavor water.

Well for starters they gave me a soda and the machine top was in my soda, I noticed it right away before she handed it to me , so I gave it back, then the food was cold and old looking when they gave it to me, I told them and they said they’d remake it so to park in a stall … they gave me the burgers back and it was the same ones I said were cold and old!!! I was in a rush so we just took them but I still had to get out because they never gave me back the new soda after giving me a bad one!

Scheduled an order through Door Dash and never got a confirmation. Tried calling the location (Trinity Blvd in Stockton) but the number said it had been disconnected. Called Door Dash and they said it was open and able to take orders). I called again, same disconnected recording. Called Sonic HQ and got the most annoying person. I just wanted to ask if the location was valid. He wouldn't check the number but said the location was open. Wanted my email address-I declined. Said he had a few more questions for me - I said I wasn't interested. I tried hanging up by my smart phone outsmarted me and I couldn't get back to the phone screen. Put my phone in my pocket and 5 minutes later, the dude was still there. Turned my phone off. UGH.

Today May 18th 2025 around 9pm my husband went to get our family food sadly he was a couple bites into his burger and it was PINK! He’s been sick 🤢 ever since he ate part of his burger. I tried calling but the number posted isn’t in service and we live pretty far from sonic it was doing too much going all the way back but still wish we would be able to get any help. We never had any problems with this place till now. Honestly don’t even know if we’d like to return to this location after this. People can get really sick eating uncooked food and to not have any way to contact the restaurant is insane!
