I asked for a chai tea to be hot and it was lukewarm I was literally able to down it as soon as I got it by the time I got home it was cold and that is including with a stopper in the lid

I ordered on the starbucks app and they said my order was ready 10 mins ago. When I got to the store I only saw half of my order at the table and I saw the barista making my drinks and talking to the others instead of finishing my order when it said it was ready already. I usually go to this starbucks because it’s fast but I will not be coming here anymore. And my drink was not made correctly

Service is great, baristas are always friendly! I just can’t stand the drive thru layout. If you get there and they’re not busy it’s fine, but if there are five or more cars in line, you’re liking blocking traffic or cars trying to park or get out of their parking stalls. There’s no specific line so anyone can just cut another car off and it’s just a mess, it stresses me out

I order to the drive thur. I ordered a grean tea raspberry Frap.. it was so water they forgot to put enough ice for a frap drink . Like I was drinking some green 💚 tea milk.🥛🥤 😛😵💫
