went on christmas day very excited and my whole drink tasted horrible. i ordered a sugar cookie latte with pumps of syrup, one total shot of espresso and sweet cream vanilla they only put milk with an espresso shot you can’t even taste any sugar cookie and it’s not like i could go back in line since we already waited 46 minutes. extremely dissapointed in the service

Normally I have a great experience with customer service but this last time I I went, I was overcharged so I called and talked to someone which was very nice on the phone told me to come back in and they will take care of it. she said she will put it in the tablet so whoever’s there can see that I talked to her. When when I went in, it was a different girl. She would not even look in the tablet. She would not help me and she was very rude to me, so that was my loss.

How would I know if my order is ready when no told me
That my drink is ready! Twice!!! They can just call using the order if they can’t do it by name. The employee reflects how dark and no vibes at all store. Not a good store for dine in— just look for another place or just use drive thru (or to go).

WORST drive through I’ve ever seen in my life. Literally no space at all and just cost me thousands. I damaged 2 of my very expensive oem wheels causing thousands of dollars in damage because of the size of the drive through. Drive though lady told me I’m good and I hit my rim again as she told me I’m good. If you have a car bigger than a Honda civic be aware you will damage your car do not go though even if they say you fit. Great start to the day. !

I have never seen a line that just never moves. You are always online at this place for 35 minutes. I don’t know if it’s just the people or what it is. You need to get more help on the drive-through. It shouldn’t take 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee to go through the drive-through.. I really don’t know what the problem is, but you need to fix it

Didn’t get check up on my order when I waited on mobile order pick up. Mobile app says that my drink was available at the store and I waited 25 mins to later to be told after I walked up to the cash register that they did not have the ingredients to make it.
Like yeah okay you don’t have ingredients but damn man they couldn’t bother to check on ppl who are waiting at mobile pick up orders?
How hard is to ask like “Hi, are you waiting on a mobile order pick up?”
