Didn’t get check up on my order when I waited on mobile order pick up. Mobile app says that my drink was available at the store and I waited 25 mins to later to be told after I walked up to the cash register that they did not have the ingredients to make it.
Like yeah okay you don’t have ingredients but damn man they couldn’t bother to check on ppl who are waiting at mobile pick up orders?
How hard is to ask like “Hi, are you waiting on a mobile order pick up?”

very inconsistent, I walk there and they are supposed to be open for the lobby at 6 am I get there after 6am and they tell me to go thru, why have it say opened at 6am if you are not open like it says and you want me to walk through the drive thru, all after placing a mobile order too. so annoying. Make me have to be like a "karen" which I don't care to be.

A morning or a warm greeting is initiated by the staff, a very great customer service provided! A few times with a mobile order, I've noticed kind gestures were made. It's very cute and thoughtful!

I made a mobile order 8:16am well in drive thru ,my drink wasn’t ready 8:30am.I went inside and it was slammed, drinks were behind due to the new HOLIDAY cup.As I’m waiting extra 15min the gril handling the mobile app line was so professional and was getting drinks out the best she can and not once did she have attitude or was rude to those customers that was being mad at her.I felt bad but this employee deserves a reward for dealing with times like this.I gave five star because of her she was the best person they had on that station!!A little advise to customers if you know when cups are launched make sure your not in a hurry so you don’t take it out on the employee allow yourself time to get your drink anything can come up or happen!!God bless!

It's really annoying when your in the drive thru and the worker standing outside taking your order, telling you to make sure you have your payment ready after taking your order, yeah like I've never been in a drive thru before, sheesh!

I didn't order food on this visit but when I do it's usually really yummy and warm!
I ordered iced chai tea and it was made very quickly I was shocked and pleased especially because they were busy!
