The cashiers are rude they forgot to give me back my debit card and still gave me an attitude, when I went to ask for it on top of that, they gave me cold drinks when I asked for hot I don’t recommend this

I went inside and ordered a venti almond milk latte. The clerk was very friendly and good service. However, I get my coffee and NO sugar or creams or anything else out for patrons. They give me a pack of broqn sugar...I get in the car down the road and drink my coffee and it literally tastes Only like Steamed MIlk - NO coffee flavor or smell to it at all!!! I had to put 1.5 of individual coffee serving packets in my cup to get coffee when I got it home! So VERY Disappointing!Such a Waste of money! ?

Absolutely, hands down THE WORST SERVICE OF ANY STARBUCKS EVER! I've been to many different Starbucks around here, CA, and out of state. I walked in to place an order. They saw me but never acknowledged I was there. I waited to place an order and still they ignored me. I waited about 10 minutes and left. Not one person greeted or even spoke to me but they had very loud conversations amongst themselves. I've never encountered such unprofessional service and rude baristas in a Starbucks in my life!

Fly in my drink!! When I got to the bottom of my matcha I looked into the cup and saw a fly. For a split second, i thought it was just a matcha chunk but there was no doubt it was a fly when i saw the wings. i have a huge flyphobia so this was deeply traumatizing and disturbing for me.
